ABSTRACT
Objective The aim of our study is to establish a proper performance evaluation index system of community disease control and prevention for both urban and rural areas in Hangzhou city. Methods The evaluation indexes were selected by Delphi method with two rounds,and the weights of the indexes were determined by analytical hierarchy process. Results A total of 3 first grade indexes were selected with indexes weight of 0. 18,0. 46 and 0. 36,11 second grade indexes were selected of which 4 indexes including funds guarantee,disease control and prevention,immunization program and work performance had relative high weight of 0. 46,0. 24,0. 29 and 0. 62 respectively. Moreover,50 third grade indexes were determined and the indexes considering traditional disease control and prevention had higher indexes weight. Conclusion The newly index system have reasonable structure and comprehensive contents. It could be used to guide the practical work of community disease control and prevention in Hangzhou city.
