ABSTRACT
Objective:
To study the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Isodon nervosus.Methods:
The chemical constituent was isolated and purified by chromatographic methods and structurally identified by physicochemical characteristics and spectral data.Results:
One new compound was isolated from 95% ethanol extract of I. nervosus, the structure was identified as 15α,20β/α-dihydroxy-6β-methoxy-6,7-seco-6,20-epoxy-1α,7-olide-ent-kaur-16-ene.Conclusion:
A new diterpenoid was identified and named as rabdonervosin K.
