ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Artemisia lactiflora. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH- 20 methods, and the structures were identified by NMR and MS.RESULTS:
Ten compounds were isolated and identified as follows dehydrovomifoliol(1), 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxy-phenyl)-1-propanone(2), chrysindin D(3), camelliagenin A(4), 4'-O-methylalpinumisoflavone(5), 5-hydroxy-3', 4', 6, 7, 8-penta-methoxyflavone(6), armexifolin(7), 3β-hydroxy-5α, 6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(8), carissone(9), and(E')-3β, 4α-dihydroxyl-2-(2', 4'-hexadiynylidene)-1, 6-dioxaspiro[4, 5] decane, (10).CONCLUSION:
Compounds 1-5 are obtained from genus Artemisia for the first time and 6-10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
