ABSTRACT
Objective:
To establish a method for the determination of emodin in Xiaoyan granulas by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Methods:
Took inertsil ODS-3 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) as the chromatographic separation the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (8020), the detection wavelength was 254 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the column temperature was at 40 ℃.Results:
The linear range of emodin was 0.034 6-0.432 0 μg ( r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 94.02% ( RSD=1.29%, n=6).Conclusions:
This method is simple, accurate, which could be used repeatedly and can be used as the emodin determination method for Xiaoyan granulas.
