In cases of acute abdomen diagnosed clinically, in which the cause is strongly suspected to be ruptured peptic ulcer, x-ray of the abdomen will be of considerable helpIn cases with symptoms of acute abdomen it is not a waste of energy and money to request radiography whenever it is available.(Conclusion)
