ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the expression of vitamin D receptor (VDR) in rectal cancer and mucosa adjacent to cancer. Methods The VDR expression of tumor tissue,mucos a 2cm apart from tumor and normal mucosa was detected by imunohistochemistry, mi crospectrophotometer and computer image analysis in 21 cases of rectal carcinoma .
