Falhas ambientais e conflito: compondo uma escuta da organização borderline / Environmental flaws and conflict: composing an understanding of the borderline organization

RESUMO

O objetivo deste trabalho é relacionar a organização borderline às patologias do vazio, e propor uma escuta psicodinâmica ancorada na conjunção das vertentes de deficit e de conflito. Valho-me de alguns pensadores psicanalíticos como Donald Winnicott, Wilfred Bion, Andre Green, Otto Kernberg, David Zimerman e Sidney Schestatsky ao considerar os primórdios da formação dessa organização psicopatológica, ao tecer algumas considerações sobre sua compreensão psicodinâmica e ao apresentar sua expressão clínica. Saliento que o psicoterapeuta deve identificar psicodinamicamente a fragilidade do paciente, acolher sua regressão e possibilitar que a dupla terapeuta-paciente teça a trama significante que estreite as bordas do vazio.

ABSTRACT

The aim of this paper is to relate the borderline organization to the void pathologies and to propose a psychodynamic understanding based on the deficit and conflict approaches. Some psychoanalytic authors such as Donald Winnicott, Wilfred Bion, Andre Green, Otto Kernberg, David Zimerman and Sidney Schestatsky are considered to study the early stages of such psychopathological organization, to make some considerations about its psychodynamic comprehension and to present its clinical expression. I emphasize the psychotherapist must identify the psychodynamics of the patient, his vulnerabilities, accept his regression and enable that the dyad therapist-patient build the significant plot that narrows the borders of the void.
