RESUMEN
Paciente femenina de 26 años de edad, con historia obstétrica de gestación 5, partos 5, abortos 0, en el embarazo actual sin atención prenatal. Llega al Hospital Provincial de Malanje, Angola al servicio de maternidad, después de tener un parto domiciliario de gemelos. Al ser recibida, se diagnostica una gastrosquisis en ambas bebés de sexo femenino, una de ellas fallecida, y se mantenían unidas por un asa intestinal común, al continuar el examen físico exhaustivo se observa que ambas tienen ano imperforado, la fallecida con deformidades en las extremidades inferiores y posible fístula recto vaginal pues existía presencia de líquido meconial en la vagina. Se brinda atención inmediata a la puérpera y a la neonata viva y transferida a la capital del país(AU)
ABSTRACT
It was presented a case of a 26 year - old - female patient with obstetric antecedents of 5 gestations, 5 labors, 0 abortions; without prenatal care in the current pregnancy. She arrived to the maternal service at the Provincial Hospital of Malanje, Angola, after a domiciliary childbirth of twins. When she was received, it was diagnosed a gastroschisis in both female babies, one of them died, and they were both joined by a common intestinal lug. After the exhaustive physical examination it was observed that both babies had imperforate anus, the one who died presented deformities in the inferior extremities and a possible recto vaginal fistula because there was meconium liquid in the vagina. It was offered an immediate attention to the puerpera and the new birth and they were transferred to the capital of the country(EU)
