Nuevas puertas en entrevistas de psicoterapia: exploración sobre las etapas delegadas en la búsqueda de soluciones / New doors in Psychotherapy interviews: an exploration on delegate stages in the search of solutions

RESUMEN

Proponemos la noción de delegación para explorar la relación entre terapeuta y consultante y la adecuación de las intervenciones terapéuticas. Elaboramos dos cuestionarios guiándonos por un prototipo de estrategia de solución de problemas y con ellos examinamos los informes sobre 67 sesiones elaborados por 33 consultantes y 18 terapeutas. Exploramos 14 hipótesis y encontramos que las etapas del prototipo permiten a los consultantes dar cuenta de la ayuda que desean obtener los terapeutas. El 38 por ciento de las respuestas de los consultantes sobre la ayuda deseada señalan a la ayuda para saber cómo actuar para que las cosas cambien, el 20 por ciento a la ayuda para entender lo que ocurre y el 23 por ciento a la ayuda para saber que se tiene que ir consiguiendo. Cuanto más se ajustan las intervenciones del equipo terapéutico a la clase de ayuda que desean los consultantes más es la ayuda que encuentran éstos en las sesiones (AU)

ABSTRACT

In this work the notion of delegation is proposed to explore the relationship between therapist and consultee, and the convenience of the therapeutic interventions. We elaborate two questionnaires following a problem-solving strategy prototype, and examined the records of 67 sessions, given by 33 consultees and 18 therapist. We test 14 hypothesis and found that the stages of prototype allow the consultees to express the kind of help they want to get from the therapist. Regarding the kind of help consultees want the help to know how acting to get thing changes is pointed out by 38% of the consultees’ answers. A 20% point out the help to understand what is happening, whereas other 23% point out the help to know what has to be attained. Also, that the more the therapeutic team interventions adjust to the kind of help that the consultees wish the more the help that these find in the sessions (AU)
