Avaliação radiográfica dos tratamentos endodônticos encontrados nos estudantes de odontologia no Estado de Pernambuco / Radiográfica evaluation of the found endodônticos treatments in the students of odontologia in the State of Pernambuco

RESUMO

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar, radiograficamente, a qualidade dos tratamentos endodônticos encontrados nos estudantes dos cursos de Odontologia no Estado de Pernambuco, bem como verificar a condição de tratamento e sua relação com os tecidos do periápice. Foram realizados exames radiográficos de dentes com tratamento endodôntico e através das radiografias periapicais verificou-se a qualidade das obturações dos canais radiculares no que se refere ao limite apical e condensação da obturação, bem como, observou-se os seus periápices em relação á presença ou ausência de lesões radiograficamente detectáveis. Após a análise estatística, observou-se que ocorreu maior percentual de tratamentos endodônticos obturados no limite Cemento-Dentina-Canal (CDC) (46,6%) e que, mais da metade (54,7%) das avaliações das qualidades das obturações foram atribuídas como adequadas. Assim como, a maioria (62,9%) das avaliações foi atribuída como normal em relação à condição da região apical, indicando, assim, uma melhora do padrão dos tratamentos endodônticos em comparação com os encontrados na literatura.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this work was to evaluate, radiograficamente, the quality of the found endodônticos treatments in the students of the courses of Odontologia in the State of Pernambuco, as well as verifying the condition of treatment and its relation with fabrics of the periápice. Radiograficos tooth examinations had been carried threogh with endodôntico treatment and through the periapicais x-rays quality of the obturações of the canals was verified it radiculares as for the apical limmt and condensation of the obturação, as well as, observed its periápices in relation to the presence or absence of radiograficamente detectable injuries. After the analysis statistics, observed that bigger percentual of obturados endodônticos treatments in the Cemento-Dentine-Canal limit occurred (CDC)(46;6%) and that, more than the half (54,7%) of the evaluations of the qualities of the obturações had been attributed as adjusted. As well as, the maiority (62,9%) of the evaluations was attributed as normal in relation to the condition of the apical region, indicating, thus, an improvement of the standard of the endodônticos treatments in comparison with the found ones in literature.
