Autopoiese e sociedade: a posição estratégica do desejo na gestão de uma rede social / Autopoiesis and society: the strategical position of desire in the management of social web

RESUMO

Este estudo busca apontar a importância do desejo na associação dos sujeitos implicados em uma redesocial, vindo a concluir que esta não pode ser considerada um sistema autopoiético, ultrapassando, assim, ascaracterísticas encontradas em relação aos seres vivos. Uma rede social é um acontecimento de grandecomplexidade e nos leva a considerar o plano das singularidades em rede. Por sistema vivo entende-seaquele que, mantendo sua organização distinta por um observador (identidade sistêmica), realiza câmbiosem sua estrutura (elementos constituintes) no processo de produção de si mesmo (autopoiese). Por seremabertos ao fluxo de matéria e energia, os sistemas autopoiéticos realizam seus câmbios estruturais a partir deinterações com outros sistemas, ou acoplamentos estruturais. Foi escolhida como objeto de estudo a RedeIntegrada de Serviços do Bairro Restinga, em Porto Alegre, através da observação de suas reuniões (diáriosde campo) e leituras de suas atas, bem como documentos e correspondências enviados pela e para a Redecomo sistema. São analisados três momentos de sua autopoiese constituição como espaço aberto e múltiplo, movimentos com fins organizativos (auto-regulação) e um acoplamento com outro sistema.

The autopoietic living systems are opened to the flowing of energy and substance, because ofthat they make their structural changes in a rol of interactions with another systems, or structural coupling.The object of this study is the Integrated Web of Services of the Restinga’s districts, on Porto Alegre, RS,Brazil, by the observation of its assembly and transcriptions of its proceedings, as well as documents sent toand for the Web as a system. The analysis is based on three moments the constitution of the Restinga’s webas an opened and multiple assembly; its movements with organizing intention (self-regulation) and itscoupling with another system.
