Resgate da relação cuidador-paciente em diferentesmomentos e contextos históricos com reflexões atuais daPsicologia da Saúde e da Psicologia Analítica / Ransom of the caregiver- patient relationship in differenttimes and historical contexts with current reflections ofHealth Psychology and Analytical Psychology

RESUMO

Com a compreensão do cuidado ao paciente não restrita à atividade médica,mas envolvendo também outros profissionais de saúde como dentista, enfermeiro,psicólogo, nutricionista, assistente social e fisioterapeuta em unidades de atenção àsaúde, a proposta do artigo é realizar uma reflexão sobre como o contexto social epolítico de uma época pode influenciar a forma do relacionamento do profissional desaúde com seus pacientes. Isto porque o Zeitgeist, o espírito da época com seu pensamentofilosófico e cultural estruturam as concepções de saúde e doença. Através de uma revisãohistórica, chega-se a modelos de relacionamento entre profissionais e paciente. Aconstrução de uma antiga prática de cuidado à saúde até a atualidade é sujeita à influênciahistórica, e como recorte estabelece-se aqui um segundo objetivo do artigo realizarbreve apresentação sobre a forma de olhar o cuidado na saúde na Psicologia Analítica deC. G. Jung. Este autor considerava os aspectos sociais e culturais, atuais e ancestrais,na busca da compreensão do sujeito nas características biológicas, psicológicas, sociaise também transdisciplinares. A perspectiva junguiana ressalta a atenção do profissionalde saúde com os fenômenos da transferência e contratransferência, sendo que a análiseeducativa pode auxiliar esse processo. A atenção integral ao sujeito favorece o vínculoterapêutico, que auxilia os cuidados de sua saúde(AU)

ABSTRACT

With the understanding that patient care is not restricted to the medical activity,but also envolving other the medical health professionals such as dentist, nurse,psychologist, nutritionist, social worker and therapist in units of health care, the articleproposes a reflection on how the social and political context of an era can influence theway of relationship of health professionals with their patients. This is because of theZeitgeist, the understanding of those times, with its philosophical and cultural thoughts,who structured the concepts of health and disease. Through a theoretical historicalreview we study models of the relationship between the health professional and thepatient. The construction of a former practice of health care until the present date is subject to a historical influence, and as the second objective of the article a briefpresentation on how to look at health care in the Analytical Psychology of C. G. Jung.This author considered the social and cultural aspects, bothly the actual and formerones, in search of understanding the individual in the biological, psychological, socialand transdisciplinary aspects. The Jungian perspective emphasizes the attention ofhealth professionals with the phenomena of transference and countertransference, andthe analysis of education can assist in this process.
