Tool for mapping governance for health and well-being: the organigraph method

ABSTRACT

The WHO Regional Office for Europe and expert academic partners developed an organigraph tool for mapping governance structures and accountabilitymechanisms within governance systems. This publication aims to help countries and relevant stakeholders to use the tool to identify which areas needstrengthening in order to ensure that systems facilitate improved health and well-being for all. It provides background information on the organigraphmethod as well as a practical guide to using it, including example organigraphs.
