ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of simulated high altitude hypoxia on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of atorvastatin calcium in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods The wistar rats with hyperlipidemia induced by high-fat diet were divided into normoxia group and hypoxia group.
