ABSTRACT

This article makes a discussion on how to use the encouraging mechanism to foster the character of the students majoring in nursing on loving their specialty,their strong professional knowledge,proficient operating skills and healthy mental quality.It aims at discussing the approaches on how to improve morals and culture of the students majoring in nursing in current situation.
