ABSTRACT
Objective:
To investigate the proper method for treating traumatic chyloperitoneum.Methods:
A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 4 cases of traumatic chyloperi- toneum admitted to our hospital in recent 26 years.Results:
All 4 cases were cured after conserva- tive treatment.Conclusion:
Perdominantly integrated therapy including absolute diet,total parrenter- al nutrition(TPN) and abdominal cavity drainage can be the effective method for the treatment of trau- matic chyloperitoneum.
