Objective:
To study the activation and significance of NF- ?Bp65 in active Heymann nephritis in rats.Methods:
Female Wistar rats 6~8 weeks of age were used. The nephritis was induced with FxIA/CFA by subcutaneous injection and the control group with CFA . After the rats were killed, the activation of NF- ?Bp65 in renal tissue was observed by use of immunohistochemical dyeing ;also observed were the changes in pathology ,urinary protein and albumin and the relationship between these 3 factors.Results:
