Analysis of Naringin in Jinji Hubu Pill by HPLC / 中药新药与临床药理

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of naringin in Jinji Hubu Pill.Methods HPIC was performed on Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm? 200 mm,5 ? m).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(1882) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL? min-1,and the detective wavelength was at 283 nm.Results The linear range was 1.24～ 30.96 ? g/mL.The average recovery of naringin was 100.7 % with corresponding RSD=0.6%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,and accurate,and can be used for the determination of naringin in Jinji Hubu Pill.
