ABSTRACT
Objective To study and analyze the rehabilitation effect of self prepared wind relieving antispasmodic Decoction and psychological intervention in the treatment of sequelae of stroke. Methods 100 patients with sequelae of stroke treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, given the corresponding blood pressure, blood sugar control drugs, and brain cell protective agents. On the basis of this experiment, the experimental group was given self prepared wind relieving antispasmodic decoction, and psychological intervention was carried out to strengthen communication with patients. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the corresponding treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group (92.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.0%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the CRP levels between the two groups. After treatment, the CRP level was(3.1±0.3)μg/mL in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The self-made wind relief soup and psychological intervention treatment of stroke sequelae can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of patients, to a great extent, reduce the level of CRP, with clinical significance of further promotion.
