ABSTRACT

The article discusses the main problems existing in training medical students’ creativity and practice ability. By re-realizing the connotations of creativity and practice ability, this paper explore the paths for improving medical students’creativity and practice ability from students,teachers,teaching supervisors,and the college itself.
