ABSTRACT

For past years number of the gallbladder stone diseases, cholangitis, •olJen23choledocholithiasis cases has been increasing in Mongolia. Main practice in diagnosis of the biliary pancreatic tract diseases is MRCP diagnosis. This method allows to provide diagnosis without any problems facing to patient. It is also possible to evaluate its macro structure, shape, boundary, size, location, relationship with other nearest organs and amount of biliary pancreatic tract. CONCLUSION It confirms that MRCP has significant effect for diagnosis of biliary tract diseases, gallbladder stone diseases, cholangitis and choledocholithiasis. Also it can help to choose the right treatment for identifying jaundice and abdominal pain. We recommend to use it for diagnosis of Radiology, General Surgery. Oncology and Gastroenterology.
