ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) , hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF 1?) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of VEGF, HIF 1? and EGF in 36 cases of HCC and corresponding paraneoplastic tissues and normal liver tissues (6 cases) were studied by immunohistochemistry assay.
