Optimization of inclusion process of Huaweishu Granules volatile oil based on the multi-index comprehensive scoring method / 中草药

ABSTRACT

Objective: To optimize the inclusion process for the volatile oil in Huaweishu Granules. Methods: Taking the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin, inclusion temperature, stirring speed and stirring time as the factors, the inclusion process conditions were optimized by orthogonal test, the weight coefficients of each index were determined by entropy weight method, and the inclusion complex was verified by thin layer chromatography. Results: The inclusion rate of volatile oil obtained by stirring method was the highest, with the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to volatile oil of 101, the inclusion temperature was 40 ℃, the stirring time was 1 h, and the stirring rate was 400 r/min. Conclusion: The optimized volatile oil inclusion process is stable and feasible, with high inclusion rate of volatile oil and yield of inclusion compound.
