ABSTRACT
A total of 127 radiographs were studied. There were 55 positive findings. 30 of these showed pathological findings while 72 cases were negative and comprised both adult and paediatric patients' skull radiographs.The authors concluded that skull radiography remains a very important diagnostic tool in management of head injury but should be requested for with certain guidelines in the text
