ABSTRACT
Malaria is the leading cause of illness and death in Uganda. In 1992 it accounted for 25of the total out patient morbidity; 20of the admissions to health facilties and 15of all in-patient deaths (MOH; Planning Unit 1993). The 1994 atributable to malria.
