Connecting people; improving health: the role of ICTs in the health sector of developing countries

ABSTRACT

This framework paper is intended to provide a 'snapshot' of the type of ICT interventions that are being used in the health sector. It draws from experience of such use in both the North and South; but pays particular attention to the applicability of such use in the South.
