ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the current situation and trend of the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in Wuhan city. Methods:The utilization data including varieties,consumption sum and DDDs of antihypertensive drugs in 34 hospitals in Wuhan city from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed.Results:The annual consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs increased year by year,and the val-ue was 20 896.67,23 527.19 and 24 033.44 million yuan, respectively. The calcium-channel blockers (CCB), angiotensin Ⅱ re-ceptor antagonist (ARB),adrenergic receptor blockers and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) ranked the top four in consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs. Their constituent ratio was not changed during 2013 and 2015. The consumption amount and DDDs of new compound preparations increased. Top two drugs in terms of consumption amount and DDDs were amlodipine and le-vamlodipine. Conclusion:CCB,ARB,ACEI,adrenergic receptor blockers and diuretics occupy the predominant places among all the antihypertensive drugs in Wuhan city,which is accordance with the current treatment guideline of antihypertensive drugs.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To investigate the application value of thrombelastography(TEG) in coagulation monitoring for ACS patients.Methods: Totally 255 ACS patients were selected with coagulation monitoring by TEG.The patients were divided into none ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) group and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) group.The clotting characteristics in different types of ACS patients were compared and analyzed.Results: The ACS patients had higher intensity of thrombosis (MA) and Angle value.D-dimer and MA were significantly different between NSTEMI group and STEMI group(P＜0.01).The drug utilization in STEMI group was closer to the requirements of the guidelines.Conclusion: TEG shows high application value in coagulation monitoring for ACS patients.MA value and Angle value are more sensitive in evaluating hypercoaguable state.
ABSTRACT
<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study the chemical constituents of Macrothelypteris viridifrons and their anti-proliferative effects on tumor cell.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, C18 reverse-phase silica gel, sephadex LH-20, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physiochemical propertities and spectral analysis. The antitumor activities of all compounds were tested with MOLT4, Hep G2, A-549, MCF-7, HT-29, PC-3 tumor cell lines.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>Five compounds were isolated and identified as protoapigenone (1), protoapigenin (2), protoapigenin-4'-O-beta-D-glucopyanoside (3), 5,7-dihydroxy-2-(1,2-isopropyldioxy-4-oxo-cyclohex-5-enyl) -chromen-4-one (4), 5,7-dihydroxy-2-(1-hydroxy-2,6-dimethoxy-cyclohex-4-oxo) -chromen-4-one (5), respectively.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1, 4 and 5 showed strong anti-proliferative effects on six tumor cells, which were in concentration-dependent manner.</p>
