Al revisar la evolución del conocimiento enfermero, Fawcet, identifica como componentes coincidentes citados por las teóricas 4 elementos que forman el metaparadigma constituido por; persona, cuidado, salud y entorno, cabe hacer notar que el concepto de cada uno de ellos, está influenciado por la visión de la teórica que lo ha definido y por la corriente de pensamiento de la que surge. Para ello se revisa la evolución que el concepto de persona ha tenido en México, influido por los antecedentes prehispánicos, la herencia vocacional religiosa y el desarrollo del concepto en el cuidado contemporáneo, a partir de la educación formal de las enfermeras en los hospitales a finales del siglo XIX, principios del XX, lo que tiene un impacto determinante en la visión de cuidado y persona, ya que centra la atención en la enfermedad, lo biológico y la técnica, enfoque que ha predominado hasta fechas recientes. Recientemente existe interés en comprender al hombre en su dimensión de individuo, en percibirlo como tal y trascender a la humanización del cuidado, para ello las teóricas han incursionado en otras áreas del conocimiento. La propuesta de éste ensayo es profundizar desde la filosofía el concepto de persona, para entender que se debe constituir la atención para cada sujeto, para ayudar a su trascendencia como tal.

In a constant review of the evolution of nursing knowledge, Fawcet identifies four balanced components quoted by theory 4 elements as part of the met paradigm, which are: Person, Care, Health and Surroundings. It's important to notice that the meaning of each of the concepts mentioned above is influenced by the vision of the theory that is has defined it and from the source these concepts come from. That is why the evolution of the concept of person is reviewed constantly in Mexico, influenced as well by its prehispanic background, religious heritage and the development of the concept as far as contemporary care is concerned since the formal education of nurses took place in hospitals at the end of the XIX century, the beginning of the XX century. This evolution has a determinant impact in the vision of the care and person, which focuses on the aliment, the biological field and the skill, approach that has been determinant up to the present. Recently, there exist an interest in understanding the concept of man in its individual dimension, in understanding him as such, and transcend it to the humanization of the care, in which quite a few new techniques have been developed and integrated in other areas of knowledge. The proposal of this essay is to get into these concepts in a deeper way from the philosophy of the concept of person, to understand that all the attention should be drawn to the individual, to help himgo beyond his expectancies.

Los sentidos como referente de verdad para el conocimiento en enfermería: una consideración filosófica / Senses as a reference of truth in the knowledge of nursing

Reflexionar sobre la construcción del conocimiento de enfermería a partir de la investigación ha generado un sin número de artículos, sin embargo son pocos los que han intentado desde los clásicos de la filosofía, señalar algunos elementos o premisas que a manera de analogía orienten sobre aspectos concretos de la construcción disciplinar y de la practica del cuidado. De este modo se plantean algunas consideraciones en torno al artículo 9 de veritate de santo Tomás que diserta sobre si la verdad está en los sentidos, que para el caso de la enfermería tiene pertinencia, en tanto la verdad o sea el conocimiento de y en la enfermería descansa en la orientación y aplicación de los sentidos, todo en pro de la construcción disciplinar.

Reflection on the construction of knowledge of nursing from the research generated without number of articles, but few have tried since the classics of philosophy, noted that some elements or premises by way of analogy guide on issues concrete construction discipline and the practice of care. Thus some considerations relating to 9o. Article de veritate of St. Thomas who holds forth on whether the truth is on the senses, which in the case of nursing has relevance, while the truth or knowledge and the Nursing rests on the direction and implementation of the senses, particularly for the construction discipline.

Reflexiones interacadémicas sobre el proceso de atención de enfermería / Inter-academical reflexions on the nursing process

El desarrollo de actividades interacadémicas en espacios de investigación sin lugar a dudas reporta la posibilidad de un intercambio de visiones sobre la disciplina y una experiencia en pro de la cultura de la Inter-multidisciplina. En el marco de la Unidad de Investigación la ENEO-UNAM, ha instituido los jueves académicos, escenario donde se diserta sobre temas relevantes para el cuidado a la salud, tal fue el caso del Proceso de Atención de Enfermería (PAE). En una jornada de cuatro sesiones se abordó por representantes de las diversas Academias de Enfermería e Investigadores en el tema, los diferentes escenarios en los que se evidencia el proceso, así como la problemática y forma de aproximarse al PAE. De dicha actividad se reconocieron tres aspectos nodales en torno al PAE a saber: Aspectos semánticos-nominales, los Teóricos conceptuales y los Instrumentales; todos de gran trascendencia e impostergable abordaje. Lo anterior inserto en una visión filosófica sobre el cuidado a partir de la aprehensión de persona y naturaleza, que lleven a considerar el verdadero humanismo con que se ha investido a la profesión de enfermería.

The development of interacademic activities in investigation spaces without doubt reports the possibility of an interchange of visions on the discipline and a experience for the culture of the Inter-discipline. Within the framework of the Unit of Investigation the ENEO-UNAM, has instituted academic thursdays, scene where dissert on excellent subjects for the care to the health, so was the case of the Nursing Process Attention (PAE by abbreviations in for Spanish) . In cycle of four sessions one approached by representatives of the diverse Academies of Nursing and Investigators in the subject, the different scenes in which the process is demonstrated, as well at the problematic and forms to come near to the PAE. We´re acknowledge of this activity, three aspects around the PAE : Aspects semantic-nominal, the conceptual theoreticians and Instrumentation; all of great importance and urgent boarding. All inserted in a philosophical vision on the care from the apprehension of person and the nature, who take to consider the true humanist whereupon she has been invested to the Nursing profession.
