In recent years Recombinant Factor VIIa [rFVIIa] has been used off-licence for the treatment of severe coagulopathies associated with postpartum hemorrhage [PPH]. This literature review aims to summarize the scientific knowledge about the role of rFVIIa in obstetric hemorrhage, identifying, comparing, contrasting and synthesizing the available data. The authors look at the topic from the Dubai's perspective
