ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE@#To compare the results of the three methods of Suresight handheld autorefractor, table-mounted autorefractor and retinoscopy in examination of juveniles patients with or without cycloplegia. @*METHODS@#Firstly, 156 eyes of 78 juveniles (5 to 17 years old) were examined by using WelchAllyn Suresight handheld autorefractor and NIDEK ARK-510A table-mounted autorefractor with or without cycloplegia; secondly, retinoscopy was performed with cycloplegia. @*RESULTS@#The spherical power measured by methods without cycloplegia were significantly greater than those measured with cycloplegia (P0.05). These results were highly consistent, suggesting a tendency towards a short sight. However, the spherical power and cylindrical power measured by table-mounted autorefractor was significantly different (P<0.05); with cycloplegia, there was significant difference in spherical power between Suresight handheld autorefractor and retinoscopy (P<0.05). @*CONCLUSION@#Cycloplegic retinoscopy is necessary for juvenile refraction examination. Under natural pupil situation, Suresight handheld autorefractor is better than table-mounted autorefractor, though both show a myopia tendency. Nevertheless, table-mounted autorefractor can be taken as a recommendation for the prescription of lens trial. As a strong reference for subjective optometry, retinoscopy should be the gold standard for measuring refractive errors.

Objective To explore the influence of the old Chinese national match the experience of haplostele liters of blood prescription of chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients with immune function and bone marrow suppression .Methods 94 cases of metastatic nodes in patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from February 2011 to June 2015 were selected as the re‐search object ,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to different regimen in the treatment , with 47 cases in each group .Patients in control group was treated with conventional XELON chemotherapy ,and patients in the ob‐servation group recieved rise blood prescription treatment based on the chemotherapy in the control group .The immune function and bone marrow suppression situation in both groups were observed after two treatment cycles .Results The stable rate of the obser‐vation group was 42 .55% ,significantly higher than that of the control group (P0 .05);the CD4+ /,CD8+ CD8+ and CD4+ /cells were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0 .05);The incidence rate of KPS in the observation group and control group was 70 .21% ,70 .21% ,17 .02% ,14 .89% , 87 .23% ,25 .53% and 23 .40% respectively .The KPS score of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0 .05) ,and the G‐CSF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The treatment of advanced metastatic colorectal cancer patients in the course of chemotherapy to give rise to blood formula can effectively improve the patient′s immune function ,reduce the bone marrow suppression effect ,improve the quality of life ,and it is worthy of clinical application .

To investigate the mechanism of macrophages apoptosis induced by stressed Salmonella typhi,macrophages were co-cultivate with inhibitors caspase 3,8,9 and anti-TNF-α antibody and then S.typhi was added to construct the infection model..The rate of macrophage apoptosis was assayed by flow cytometry and the contens of caspase 3.8 ,9 and anti-TNF-α antibody as well as NO were then determined respectively.It was found that the apoptotic rates of macrophages were significantly inhibited by caspase 3 and caspase 8 inhibitors and antibody against TNF-α respectively (P<0.01).A significantly enhanced generation of caspase 3 and caspase 8 activities during macrophage apoptosis induced by S.typhi correlated with the increased generation of TNF-αand NO (P<0.01).These results indicate that the inactive NO and TNF-α mediated inhibitors caspase 3 and caspase 8 participate the exogenous apoptotitic pathway of macrophages induced by S.typhi.
ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the clinical result of system rehabilitation training on joint rehabilitation after operation in cruciate ligament injury of the knee joint patients.Methods All patients were followed up for 6～18 months(average 12.8 months).The clinical results were evaluated according to Lysholm and Lachman clinical rating scales.Results At the end of follow-up,there was no knee extension limitation and the knee flexion was between 110°and 150°,with an average of 130°.The Lysholm score of the 110 cases was (69.3±4.8) before operation, and (88.3±11.6) at the end of follow-up.The difference between the Lysholm scores was significant (P < 0.01), the difference of Lachman score below 4mm in 82 cases and 19 cases were below 5mm.Conclusion Early system rehabilitation training can relieve the postoperative pain and swelling of pain,and improve the function of knee joint in cruciate ligament injury of the knee joint patients.
