ABSTRACT

Patients with spinal cord injury is associated with seriously affected gastrointestinal function and imbalance of intestinal flora, leading to increased inflammation of spinal cord nerves. With the proposal of the theory of gut microbiota-gut-brain axis in recent years, the regulatory role of gut microbiota in the central nervous system and gastrointestinal system has gradually attracted attention. Although a considerable number of studies have focused on the effects of intestinal flora characteristics on spinal cord nerve function repair in patients with spinal cord injury from different perspectives, there are numerous research models for treating spinal cord injury with intestinal flora as intervention targets and remains a lack of unified and effective clinical treatment methods. In this paper, the authors review the research progress in characteristics of intestinal microflora and intestinal microflora-targeted therapeutic methods in patients with spinal cord injury, hoping to provide a reference for the clinical treatment and basic research of spinal cord injury.

ABSTRACT

Acupuncture can improve the motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease, and the effect of acupuncture combined with drug therapy is better than that of drug therapy alone. The possible mechanism includes inhibiting α-synuclein aggregation, oxidative stress, and neuroinflammation, inhibiting the apoptosis of dopaminergic neurons, and achieving a neuroprotective effect. The points mainly selected for Acupuncture treatment for this disease are Zusanli (ST 36), Yanglingquan (GB 34), Taichong (LR 3), Xuehai (SP 10), and other points. Early use of acupuncture and acupuncture combined with medical treatment strategy is worthy of clinical application.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effects of resveratrol on the proliferation and invasion capacity of human lung adenocarcinoma 95D cells.Methods Human lung adenocarcinoma 95D cells were treated with 0,10,20,40,80 μmol/L resveratrol and treated with 0 μmol/L as the control group.The proliferation level of 95D cells was measured by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT).Cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry.Cell adhesion rate was determined by in vitro adhesion test.Cell invasiveness was measured by Transwell chamber.The expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitior of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) were determined by fluorescent immunocytochemistry.Results When the 95D cells were treated with resveratrol for 72 h,the cell proliferation rates in groups treated with 0,10,20,40,80 μmol/L resveratrol were 100%,(82.23 ±0.33)%,(62.45±0.27)%,(49.89±0.43)%,(45.11 ±0.35)% respectively,with a significant difference (F =87.830,P =0.002).The proliferation rates of 95D cells in the10,20,40,80 μmol/L resveratrol groups were significantly inhibited compared with the control group (P =0.017,P <0.001,P <0.001,P <0.001).When the 95D cells were treated for 48 h,the apoptosis rates of cells in each group were 0,(34.90 ±0.91)%,(41.33 ±0.13)%,(45.47 ±0.87)%,(59.46 ±0.59)% respectively,with a significant difference (F =21.032,P =0.002).The apoptosis rates of 95D cells in the 10,20,40,80 μmol/L resveratrol groups were significantly increased compared with the control group (P =0.001,P <0.001,P <0.001,P <0.001).When the 95D cells were treated for 48 h,the S phase cell percentages in each group were (18.12 ±0.62)%,(38.33 ±0.62)%,(54.15 ±0.74)%,(44.85 ± 0.82)%,(50.01 ±0.35)% respectively,with a significant difference (F =104.156,P =0.001).The S phase cell percentages in the 10,20,40,80 μmol/L resveratrol groups were significantly higher compared with the control group (P =0.001,P < 0.001,P < 0.001,P < 0.001).When the 95D cells were treated for 24 h,the cell adhesion rates in each group were 100%,(87.41 ± 0.02) %,(84.32 ± 0.03) %,(68.23 ± 0.04)%,(63.01 ±0.02)% respectively,with a significant difference (F=13.760,P<0.001).The cell adhesion rates in the 20,40,80 μmol/L resveratrol groups were significantly inhibited compared with the control group (P =0.035,P < 0.001,P < 0.001),while the 10 μmol/L resveratrol group had no significant difference compared with the control group (P =0.058).When the 95D cells were treated for 24 h,the cell invasion rates in each group were 100%,(97.01 ± 0.03) %,(74.89 ± 0.07) %,(34.07 ± 0.03) %,(14.65 ±0.02)% respectively,with a significant difference (F =39.382,P =0.001).The cell invasion rates in the 20,40,80 μmol/L groups were significantly inhibited compared with the control group (P =0.012,P < 0.001,P < 0.001),while the 10 μmol/L resveratrol group had no significant difference compared with the control group (P =0.881).When the 95D cells were treated for 48 h,MMP-2 protein expression was decreased in the 20 mol/L group,while TIMP-2 protein expression was increased compared with the control group.Conclusion Resveratrol can inhibit the proliferation of human lung adenocarcinoma 95D cells and has effect of anti-tumor cell invasiveness,and its mechanism may involve two-way regulation of MMP-2/TIMP-2 expression.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of integrated the respiratory function exercise on promoting lung cancer patients'rapid recovery of function .Methods From September 2014 to September 2016,113 patients with lung cancer were selected in the research .According to the law of random numbers ,they were divided into two groups . The observation group (60 cases) was given the general primary care combined with integrated respiratory function exercise.The control group (53 cases) was given the general basic nursing intervention .Then,the incidence rate of complications and related indicators after operation were compared between the two groups .Results The incidence rate of complications of the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 22.64% of the control group (χ2 =9.369,P<0.05).The related indicators after surgery had statistically significant differences between the two groups (t=3.420,3.811,19.993,all P<0.05).The negative emotional relief score of the observation group [(90.29 ±2.39) points] had statistically significant difference compared with that of the control group [(90.29 ± 2.39)points](t=11.025,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.7% (58/60), which of the control group was 66.7%(40/60),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =7.120,P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with lung cancer ,clinical comprehensive respiratory function exercise intervention has rapid rehabilitation after surgery and can improve quality of life of the patients .

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of exenatide combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance. METHODS:98 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with in-sulin resistance were randomly divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (49 cases). Control group was given Clomiphene citrate capsule 50 mg orally,once a day,for 5 d+Metformin enteric-coated tablet with initial dose of 0.25 g orally, twice a day,adjusted to 0.50-0.75 g orally,twice a day,for 3 menstrual cycles. Observation group was given Clomiphene citrate capsule(usage and dosage same as control group)+Exenatide injection 5 μg subcutaneously,twice a day,adjusted to 10 μg subcu-taneously,twice a day,for 2 months. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were observed as well as the levels of LH,FSH,LH/FSH and IR before and after treatment,ovulation and pregnancy of infertility patients after treatment. The occurrence of ADR was record-ed. RESULTS:Total response rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of observation group were significantly higher than that of con-trol group,with statistical significance(P0.05). After treatment,the levels of LH,LH/FSH and IR in 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the levels of FSH in 2 groups was sig-nificantly higher than before,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance (P0.05). CONCUSIONS:Exenatide com-bined with clomiphene citrate shows significant therapeutic efficacy for polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with insulin resis-tance and can increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate through improving insulin resistance,but doesn't increase the occurrence of ADR.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the expression of estrogen receptors (ERαand ERβ) on gastric cancer cells and evaluate the effect of Tamoxifen(TAM) on the cell proliferation and expression of serine proteinase inhibitor 9(PI9) of gastric cancer cells . Methods PI9 positive expression(MNK45 ,SGC7901)and negative expression (BGC823)of gastric cancer cell lines were from pre‐liminary screened ,the expression of ERα and ERβ detected by immunofluorescence chemical method ,the cell proliferation and ex‐pression of PI9 were tested by CCK8 assay and reverse transcription‐PCR after intervention of TAM .Results ERαprotein expres‐sion was noted in MNK45 and SGC7901 ,ERβwas noted in BGC823 ,but the expression of ERαand ERβwere not appear to be obvi‐ous after the intervention of TAM .Tamoxifen could obviously inhibited cell proliferation of MNK45 and SGC7901 at concentration of 0 .1-100 .0 μmol/L ,the differences were statistically significant compared with negative control group (P<0 .05) ,but showed no dose‐dependent to the proliferation of BGC823 and MNK28 .After treating with TAM ,the expression of PI9 mRNA of SGC7901 (0 .402± 0 .020) and MNK45(0 .359 ± 0 .048) were obviously lower than that in the negatwe control group(P< 0 .05). Conclusion Tamoxifen could significantly inhibit the proliferation of PI9 positive expression than PI9 negative expression of gastric cancer cell lines ,and showed obviously dose‐dependent ,its role in inhibiting proliferation might closely related to immune tolerance improved by PI9 .

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish a rapid and accurate method for the identification of Mycobacterium species by the gene microarray and to verify its clinical application value .Methods According to the gene sequence of 23 species of Mycobacteria ,the specific probes were designed and the gene chips were prepared .23 Mycobacterial standard strains ,9 non‐mycobacterial strains ,103 clinically isolated mycobacterial strains were detected by PCR‐based reverse blot hybridization assay in the gene chip .Results 23 mycobacterial standard strains ,9 non‐mycobacterial strains were detected by gene chip ,the results showed that the specificity was 100% .Of 103 mycobacterial clinically isolated strains ,87 strains were identified as Mycobacterium tuberculosis compounds (MTC) and 16 strains as non‐tuberculosis mycobacteria (NTM ) including 5 strains of M .abscessus ,3 strains of M .intracellulare ,3 strains of M .avium ,2 strains of M .fortuitum ,1 strain of M .kansas ,1 strain of M .marinum and 1 strain of M .gordonae .The identification results of 103 clinically isolated strains were completely consistent with the sequencing results .The lowest detection limit by this method was 103 copies/mL .Conclusion The gene microarray technique for rapidly identifying Mycobacteria and differentiate MTC and NTM has the advantages of simpleness ,rapidness ,high accuracy ,high specificity and high sensitivity .

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study the association between serum cystatin C level and blood pressure.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>We conducted a cross-sectional study of 912 subjects randomly sampled from a cohort visiting for routine physical examinations. The epidemiological data were obtained using questionnaires and from the database of physical examination results. Pearson analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between blood pressure and cystatin C.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The levels of serum cystatin C differed significantly among the normotensive, prehypertensive, and hypertensive subjects (P<0.05). Pearson analysis revealed that regardless of gender, serum cystatin C was positively correlated with SBP, DBP, MAP, BMI, TC, TG, LDL-C, UA and BUN (P<0.05). With MAP, SBP and DBP as dependent variables, multiple stepwise regression analysis of the factors affecting blood pressure indicated that cystatin C had the strongest effect on SBP and MAP (P<0.05) but did not significantly affect DBP (P>0.05).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Serum cystatin C level is significantly correlated with SBP and MAP and can be used as a biomarker for alert of hypertension.</p>

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the role of nuclear translational factor homeobox A13(HOXA13)gene in epithelial - to - mesenchymal transition(EMT)induced by human serum albumin(HSA)overload in human renal tu-bular epithelial(HKC)cells. Methods HKC cells were treated with different concentrations of HSA(ranging from 0 - 30 g/ L)for 48 h or 20 g/ L HSA for different times(ranging from 0 - 72 h)in vitro. The protein expressions of cy-tokeratin(CK),Vimentin,and HOXA13 protein in HKC cells were detected by using Western blot respectively. Mean-while,liposome - mediated DNA transfection was used to transfect the HOXA13 gene into HKC cells before HSA treat-ment,and the expressions of CK,Vimentin and HOXA13 protein in HKC cells were also detected by using Western blot. Results (1)The protein expression of CK decreased but Vimentin increased after HKC cells were exposed to HSA,which was in a concentration - and time - dependent manner.(2)Expression of HOXA13 was down - regulated by HSA in a dose - and time - dependent manner,and the expressions of HOXA13 protein in HKC in 5 g/ L,10 g/ L, 20 g/ L,30 g/ L group were 58. 24%(P = 0. 005),44. 73%(P = 0. 003),38. 40%(P = 0. 033)and 24. 83%(P =0. 011)respectively as compared with 0 g/ L group. Likewise,the protein expressions of HOXA13 in 24 h,48 h,72 h group were 52. 00%(P = 0. 023),46. 83%(P = 0. 008)and 35. 10%(P = 0. 034)respectively as compared with 0 h group.(3)There was a positive correlation between the levels of HOXA13 protein expression and CK protein expression (r = 0. 86,P = 0. 005),while the relationship between the levels of HOXA13 protein expression and Vimentin protein expression was negative(r = - 0. 94,P = 0. 002).(4)Up - regulated expression of HOXA13 in HKC cells by lipo-fectamine transfection alleviated the degree of EMT induced by HSA significantly. The expression of Vimentin decreased by 35. 34%(P = 0. 005)while the expression of CK increased 360. 00% - fold(P = 0. 005),compared with that of untransfected HKC cells. Conclusion EMT induced by HSA in HKC cells may play a role through HOXA13.

BACKGROUND:Demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering biological scaffold material is more researched currently, which has osteoinductive and osteoconductive. OBTECTIVE:To summarize the development of demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold material and to prospect its trend. METHODS:The relative literatures addressing demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold material published between January 1965 and May 2013 in PubMed database, Chinese Biomedical Database, Wanfang Database and FMJS database were searched by the first author. The key words were“demineralized bone matrix, scaffold material, growth factor, cells, drugs”in English and Chinese. According to the inclusion criteria, repetitive researches were excluded, and final y 34 articles were included. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Scaffold material is the key composition of tissue engineered bone, and only demineralized bone matrix has both osteoinductive and osteoconductive properties which cannot only provide space for bone repair, but also can be combined with bioactive factors, living cells, antibiotics in vitro to construct bone graft thereby promoting healing of bone defects. However, this technique is also facing some problems to be solved such as the ratio of demineralized bone matrix and various substances, disinfection, preservation of osteogenetic activity and antigenicity elimination. Sufficiently understanding demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold can provide a theoretical basis for its clinical service.

ABSTRACT

This study is to report the establishment of an UPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of plasma concentration of UA carried in self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS) and its pharmacokinetics in rats. It was used for determination and analysis when serum with internal standard was extracted from C18 solid-phase column. Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (100 mm x 2.1 mm, 1.7 microm) was used for separation. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% ammonia with gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.2 mL x min(-1). The column temperature was 40 degrees C and the detection wave length was 210 nm. It was detected by negative ion using electrospray ionization source (ESI) and scanned by multiple reaction ion monitoring (MRM) mode. The liner relationship of UA was very good in the range of 1.19-3 815.00 ng x mL(-1) (r = 0.999 0). Recovery rate of different concentrations were 87.42%-89.95%. The precision of inter-day and intra-day were less than 11%. The method developed in our study was proved to be sensitive, rapid and simple. It is suitable for the pharmacokinetic study of UA-SMEDDS in rats.

ABSTRACT

Objective:The present study aimed to investigate the short-term efficacy and adverse effects of induction chrono-che-motherapy including docetaxe1 (TXT), cisplatin (DDP), and 5 fluorouraci1 (5-FU) followed by concomitant chemoradiotherapy in lo-co-regionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods:Newly diagnosed locally advanced (Ⅲ~Ⅳb) NPC patients were enrolled in this study. All patients received three cycles of TPF regimen. The TPF chemotherapy regimen was administered as follows:TXT, 75 mg/m2, i.v. infusion, d1; DDP, 75 mg/m2, bolus infusion from 10:00 to 22:00, d1-5; and 5-FU 750 mg/m2/d bolus infusion from 22:00 to 10:00, d1-5, with 21 days each cycle, followed by concomitant IMRT and chemotherapy (paclitaxel 135 mg/m2 i.v. infu-sion, with 21 days each cycle and a total of 2 courses). Acute and late toxicities were graded according to the Common Terminology Cri-teria for Adverse Events v3.0 scoring criteria. Tumor response was evaluated using 2000 Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors criteria. Results:The CR and PR rates of induction chemotherapy were 23.8%and 68.6%, respectively;whereas the CR and PR rates of the combined modality treatment were 64.8%and 31.4%, respectively. Two-year overall survival rate was 91.4%, two-year progres-sion free survival rate was 87.0%, and two-year distant metastasis-free survival rate was 88.4%. The main side effects from induction chemotherapy include an over grade 3 granulocytopenia of 28.6%. Major toxicity from concurrent chemo-radiotherapy was oral mucosi-tis (81.0%);grade 3 to 4 oral mucositis was 16%. No treatment-related deaths occurred in this study. Conclusion:Induction chrono-che-motherapy using TPF followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy of paclitaxel is a well-tolerated treatment with short-term efficacy and severity for locally advanced NPC. Further follow-up is required to assess the late effects and long-term efficacy.

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo investigate the delineation of gross tumor volume (GTV) in locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (LANC) according to imageological changes before and after induction chemotherapy (IC) in order to decrease high dose area and protect normal tissue better.MethodsBetween Mar 2010 to Jan 2011,11 patients with LANC were enrolled and treated with TPF regimen followed by intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) with concurrent chemotherapy,target volumes were delineated based on fused CT imaging before and after IC following project determination.Tumor target volumes after and before IC were respectively delineated according to imaging tumor residues and were overlaid by CTVnx in order to ensure radical doses for the imaging tumor volume before IC,the resulting differences of tumor target volumes of IC before and after were measured and analyzed by paired t-test.ResultsBefore and after IC,the average volumes of GTVnx were respectively 44.72 cm3 and 28.87 ( t =3.89,P =0.003 ),the average volumes of GTVnd were respectively 32.76 cm3 and 19.82 cm3 ( t =2.47,P =0.033 ),the volumes of maximum dose area in brainstem and spinal cord as well as eyeball decreased ( t =2.93-4.59,all P <0.05).ConclusionsLANC treated by 3 cycle TPF regimen followed by IMRT with concurrent chemotherapy showes significant shrinkage of tumor volume.The volume of high dose region which caused by normally recovered tissues were decreased by re-delineation of target volume in brainstem and spinal cord as well as eyeball of CT images after IC.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects,acute and late side-effects of cisplatin plus 5-fluorouracil (PF) schemed chronomodulated chemotherapy combined with concurrent intensitymodulated radiotherapy(IMRT) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 48 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated with chronomodulated chemotherapy plus concurrent IMRT were retrospectively studied.The radiation doses prescribed to the gross target volume GTVnx of nasopharyngeal,to the positive neck lymphnodes GTVnd,to the clinical target volume CTV1,and to CTV2 were 73.92-77.88,69.96,60.06-66.00 and 50.96-56.00 Gy respectively.The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to calculate the local-regional progression-free rate.The acute and late side-effects were graded according to RTOG radiation morbidity scoring criteria.Results The complete remission (CR) rate was 41.6%(20/48) ; the partial remission (PR) rate was 47.9% (23/48) ; the stable disease (SD) rate was 4.2%(2/48) ; and the local tumor control rate was 89.6%.Most of the patients had grade 1 to 2 acute side effects and grade 0 to 1 late side-effects.No grade 4 acute and late toxicity was observed.1,2,4-year survival rates were 93.8%,79.2% and 64.5%,respectively.The DVH analysis showed that IMRT improved the total dose and dose per-fraction to the target volume with considerable dose reduction of the normal structures at the same time.Conclusions PF chronomodulated chemotherapy plus concurrent intensity-modulated radiotherapy for NPC could improve therapeutic effects with satisfactory tolerance of the side effects.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics of different nation nonHodgkin lymphoma (NHL)in Urumqi of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.MethodsFour hundred and sixty-six cases of NHL were collected.Their sections including HE and immunohistochemical staining were examined again for diagnosis and classification.ResultsAmong 466 cases NHL,B cell neoplasm was 369cases (79.2 %) and T cell lymphoma was 97 cases (20.8 %).193 cases (41.4 %) occured in the lymph node and 273 cases (58.6 %) extranodal lymphoma.The most common subtypes were diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic leukaemia,extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucosaassociated lymphoid tissue,NK/T cell lymphoma,peripheral T-cell lymphoma,follicular lymphoma.Tlymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) in the Uygur were higher than the Han [7.5 % (9/120) vs 1.3 % (4/308),x2 =11.276,P=0.001; 4.2 % (5/120) vs 2.3 % (7/308),x2 =1.137,P =0.286],and T/NK cell lymphoma in the Han was higher than the Uygur [7.1 (22/308) vs 3.3 % (4/120),x2 =2.196,P =0.138].There was no statistically significance between the Uygur and Han in different subtypes of B-NHL (P >0.05).ConclusionIn Urumqi aera,the incidence is higher in extranodal lymphoma than that in nodal.B-NHL is more in Urumqi area than that in other area in our country.There is no difference obviously for mobility B-NHL in the Uygur and Han,but T-LBL and ALCL in the Uygur are higher than those in the Han,and T/NK cell lymphoma in the Han is higher than that in the Uygur.It is suggested to confirm further whether the different associated with different nation and region.

ABSTRACT

Using the weight-average molecular weight 50 000 polylactic acid (PLA) as a carrier, and a certain proportion of erythromycin (EM) and prednisone acetate (PNA) to mixed prepare the compound erythromycin sustained release preparation (sustained-release tablets). Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to detect separately the release amount of EM and PNA in vitro medium. The sustained-release tablets release for about 21 days, the average content of EM is 99.7 mg/table, RSD = 0.82%; and the average content of PNA is 10.03 mg/table, RSD = 0.93%. Within 21 days, the cumulative releases of EM and PNA are 86.1% and 78.3%, respectively. The drug release is steady and slow after 5 days, the burst release phenomenon in early stage is more significant. The results showed that the sustained-release tablet preparation method is feasible, the release performance is good and the clinical efficacy is significant.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the curative effect of acute posterior ganglionitis with the glycuresis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of the observation group and control group patients,compared the curative effect of the two groups and the different blood sugar concentration of the observation group. Results After one course of treatment,the cure rate and total effective rate of the control group were all higher than the observation group. The total effective rate of the patients with good blood sugar controlling was higher than the patients with bad blood sugar controlling. Conclusion Glycuresis affected the curative effect of acute posterior ganglionitis treating seriously, and had concern with the blood sugar controlling, for the patients of acute posterior ganglionitis with the glycuresis , the blood sugar should be controlled positively in order to improve the curative effect.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the pharyngeal bacterial pathogens of children's community acquired pneumonia(CAP)in hospital,and provide evidences to clinical empirical therapy.Methods Three hundred and fifty-nine patients with CAP were selected.Before the treatment,pharyngeal swabs was taken for culture to find bacteria,then to be done drug sensitivity quantitative test and examed the extended spectrum β lactamages(ESBLs).Results The positive rate was 21.7%(78/359)and bacteria was 82 strains.It was mainly consisted with gram negative bacteria(73.2%,60/82),and klebsiella pneumonia (30.5%,25/82).Streptococcus pneumonia(18.3%,15/82)was the most common in gram positive bacteria.Klebsiella pneumonia was resistant to amoxicillin.Drug resistance of ESBLs producing strains was increased.Streptococcus pneumonia was highly resistant to erythromycin,clindamycin,and tetracycline.The ratio of bacteria infection in infancy age(34.6%.47/136)was higher than others.Conclusions Gram negative bacteria is significant pharyngeal bacterial pathogens in CAP of children.The most common ono is klebsiella pneumonia,and the corresponding one in gram positive bacteria is streptococcus pneumonia.Clinical doctors should avoid using high antibiotic-resistance drugs.
