ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical observation of low dose sufentanil in the prevention of shivering and traction during cesarean section. Methods 100 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received bupivacaine anesthesia, and the experimental group received sufentanil anesthesia on the basis of sufentanil. The clinical indexes of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding anesthesia, there was no moderate or severe traction pain in the experimental group and the control group, and 29 cases of mild traction pain in the control group, with a rate of 58%. There were 7 patients with mild traction pain in the experimental group, with a rate of 14%. The probability of mild traction pain in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The incidence of shivering in the experimental group was 16%, significantly lower than that in the control group, with a rate of 52%, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 12%, significantly lower than that of the control group, the probability of occurrence was 42%, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of small dose of sufentanil in anesthesia in cesarean section can reduce the occurrence probability of visceral pain in a large extent, prevention of shivering, high safety, low incidence rate of adverse reaction, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

ABSTRACT

A biosensor was constructed to detect the endotoxin.The amine-terminated aptamer was immobilized on the gold electrode surface covered in advance with a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) of 3-mercaptopropionic acid (MPA).The modification of the gold electrode was confirmed by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).It was found that MPA assembly time at 6 h in the gold electrode surface to form a stable self-assembled monolayer.The biosensor has a good linear relationship with concentration of endotoxin in the range of 0.001 ~0.1 EU/ml,it is possible to be applied for quality control in the actual biological sample.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of sufentanil midazolam intravenous anesthesia combined with epidural block on hemodynamics and postoperative consciousness after anesthesia.Methods 40 cases undergoing acute chest and abdominal surgery from January 2015 to December 2016 in Taizhou tumor hospital as the research objects, were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 20 cases in each group.The control group were received sufentanil midazolam intravenous anesthesia, and the experimental group were received sufentanil midazolam intravenous anesthesia combined with epidural block.Hemodynamics and anesthesia consciousness in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with pre-induction, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure and the heart rate were significantly decreased at pre-intubation (P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups at other observation time points.The intravenous anesthesia medication in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recovery time in the experimental group was (31.5±4.2) min, the extubation time was (4.8±1.5) min, and the basic awake time was (8.2±2.4) min.The above data were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).No complications such as postoperative agitation and respiratory depression occurred in the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion Sufentanil midazolam intravenous anesthesia combined with epidural block, hemodynamic stability, it can reduce the amount of anesthesia drugs and shorten the recovery time to some extent, and is worthy of clinical application.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study the effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on stress reaction and kynurenic acid ( KYNA) level in serum of the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy .Methods:Totally 48 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups.Group S(n=24) received sevoflurane inhalation and group V (n=24) received intravenous general anesthesia.The levels of norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine (E), cortisol (Cor), KYNA and neutrophil and the neutrophil/lympho-cyte ratio were measured at five time points, namely T1(before the anesthesia), T2 (just after the surgery) , T3(in the morning of the first day after the surgery ) , T4 ( in the morning of the second day after the surgery ) and T5 ( in the morning of the third day after the surgery).The correlation of Cor, NE, E and NLR with KYNA was studied as well.Results:The levels of Cor, NE and E at the three time points after the surgery (T2, T3 and T4) in group V were significantly higher than those before the surgery (T1) with statistically significant difference (P0.05).And the levels of Cor, NE and E at the three time points after the surgery (T2, T3 and T4) in group S were markedly lower than those in group V at the same time point (P<0.05).After the surgery (T2, T3, T4 and T5), KYNA levels in group V were significantly decreased and NLR values in group V were significantly increased when compared with those of T 1.In group S, KYNA levels and NLR values after the surgery (T2, T3, T4 and T5) were markedly increased , which were higher than those in group V at the same time point with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The correlation analysis indicated the level of KYNA displayed positive correlation with the levels of NLR , Cr, Z and E (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia can inhibit the increase of stress reaction and KYNA level in the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy , which may be related with its anti-in ammatory properties .

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the effect of early cognitive and speech intervention on children with developmental delay. Methods 58 inpatient or outpatient children with developmental delay from June, 2014 to June, 2015 were diveded into observation group (n=32) and control group (n=26). The observation group accepted early cognitive and speech therapy and routine rehabilitation training, while the con-trol group accepted the routine rehabilitation only. They were assessed with Gesell Development Schedule before and 3 months after treat-ment. Results The developmental quotient of the gross movement, fine movement, language and peasonal-social improved in both groups af-ter treatment (t>2.90, P2.84, P36.52, P<0.01). Conclusion Early cognitive and speech intervention may improve development of many dimensions in children with developmental delay. The earlier the intervention, the better the outcome.

ABSTRACT

Anti-HBcAg monoclonal antibodies from mouse ascites were purified by using immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography. We optimized the conditions of sample loading and elution. The results showed that when the pH stepwise elution was used, the best solution for sample loading was 20 mmol/L phosphate buffer containing 0.5 mol/L sodium chloride at pH 8.0 and the mAb was eluted at pH 5.0. The purity of obtained mAb was more than 85% and recovery reached 80%. When the adsorbed proteins were eluted by using gradient elution of an imidazole, the best solution for loading condition was 20 mmolL phosphate buffer containing 5 mmol/L imidazole at pH 8.0. The purity and recovery of antibody were up to 95%.

ABSTRACT

@# Objective To explore the relative factors with the accidents in the cerebral palsy rehabilitation wards, and preventive measures.Methods The accident cases in the rehabilitation wards were recorded respectively.Results There was a relationship between the rehabilitated patient's accident and their parents, the patients themselves, the surroundings and the staff's consciousness of safety.Conclusion Building the safe management organization, strengthening the safety health education, promoting the surroundings in the wards and training for the staff can reduce the accident rate effectively in the rehabilitation wards.
