ABSTRACT

Through the analysis of PAC module faults in two GE Signa HDxt 1.5 T MRI cases, the fault performance was analyzed. According to the working principle of PAC module, the fault was analyzed and processed, and then the suspicious fault parts were located and repaired to make the equipment run normally. Finally, the operating principles of PAC module in terms of power supply, signal transmission and data transmission were summarized to facilitate the subsequent quickly and find out fault points for maintenance accurately.

ABSTRACT

Soladulcidine is a steroidal alkaloid abundant in Solanum dulcamara L. with antitumor and other biological activities. In this study, ten soladulcidine derivatives were synthesized through esterification at C-3-hydroxy group, modification at NH group of F ring of esterification of E ring-opening products. The in vitro antiproliferative activity of these synthesized derivatives against prostate cancer (PC-3) cell line was assessed. Within this series of compounds, compound 19 exhibited the most potent inhibitory effect against the proliferation of PC-3 cell line (IC50=4.80±.9μmol/L).

ABSTRACT

Aim: To improve the synthesis for 2, 5-anhydro-3,4, 6-tri-O-benzyl-D-glucitol. Methods: Dehydration of D-mannitol, followed by a reaction sequence of selective protection, benzylation, deprotection, tritylation, benzy-lation and removal of the trityl group, afforded the title compound. Results: Based on the improvement of the reported synthetic route, 2,5-anhydro-3,4,6-tri-O-benzyl-D-glucitol was synthesized in seven steps from D-mannitol with a total yield of 8. 3% . Conclusion: This new method features mild reaction conditions and facile work-up.
