ABSTRACT
Utilizando-se soros imune e de animais tratados com Trypanosominum TC D30, em presenca de complemento, observa-se que ocorre a lise de tripomastigotas sanguineos da cepa Y. Quando os referidos soros sao adicionados de soro humano normal inativado, os tripomastigotas sanguineos nao sao lisados. A lise de tripomastigotas mediada por complemento, revela a presenca de anticor-pos liticos no soro imune e no soro de camundongos tratados com o TrypanosominumTC D30, sugerindo a resistencia do hospedeiro contra o T. cruzi

The trypomastigotes were aglutinated by imune animals serum in several dilutions, However, when treated with biotherapic D30, the trypomastigotes were not aglutinate by all dilutions utilized. When diluted 1?2 rat serum aglutination acorred. The results suggest: the presence of aglutinating antibodies apper soon and is related with the control of the acute phase of humoral immunity

Making use of Nasi's 82 methodology, themice were treated with biotherapic D30. From the animals it was tried a passive transference of serum and lymphocites. The parasitemy and the death rate were taken as a comparison standard between the treated and control animals, while the lymphocites transference provided a high protection to the animals
