ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the correlation between the level of microalbuminuria and severity of coronary artery disease in elderly coronary heart disease(CHD)patients combined with diabetes.Methods A total of 176 elderly CHD patients combined with diabetes were enrolled and prospectively studied.They were randomized into observation group(n=98)with microalbuminuria and the control group(n=78)with normoalbuminuria.The correlation between level of microalbuminuria and Gensini score was analyzed.Results The level of microalbuminuria and Gensini score were higher in observation group than in control group (P ＜ 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in level of microalbunminuria(F =9.87,P =0.013) and in Gensini score (F =9.07,P =0.015)among patients with single-,double-and triple-vessel disease.There was a positive correlation between levels of microalbuminuria and Gensini scores in CHD patients with type 2 diabetes(r =0.68,P＜0.01).Conclusions The level of microalbuminuria is positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease in elderly CHD patients with type 2 diabetes.The microalbuminuria level can reflect the severity of coronary artery disease in a certain degree.It has certain clinical significance for predicting patient's condition in elderly CHD patients with type 2 diabetes.

Objective To systematically review the clinical effects of Shuxuetong and Low-molecular-weight Heparin(LMWH)in patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT)in lower limbs.Methods The CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,EMBASE,and ISI Web of Science databases were electronically searched from inception to February 3th,2017,to collect the randomized clinical trials on the clinical effects of Shuxuetong and LMWH on DVT in lower limbs.Two investigators independently screened the literatures,extracted data and assessed the quality of enrolled studies.All analyses were performed using the Stata 11.0 software.Results Twenty studies involving 1 515 patients were finally included.The meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate was significantly higher in Shuxuetong group than in LMWH drug control group(RR =1.22,95 ％ CI:1.13-1.32,P ＜ 0.001).The subgroup analysis showed that there was no significant difference in total effective rate between the Shuxuetong alone group and LMWH alone control group(RR =1.05,95％ CI:0.98-1.12,P =0.136).However,the total effective rate was significantly higher in Shuxuetong combined with LMWH group than in LMWH alone control group(RR =1.30,95％CI:1.18-1.44,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusions Shuxuetong combined with LMWH has better clinical effects than do LMWH alone group in treating patients with DVT in lower limbs.

ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:To improve HPLC for content determination of ketoprofen in Ketoprofen enteric-coated capsules. METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Chiralpak IC column with mobile phase consisted of n-hexane (0.1% TFA)-isopropanol(90:10,V/V)at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 268 nm,and column temperature was 25 ℃. The sample size was 10 μL. RESULTS:The linear range of ketoprofen were 0.025-0.5 mg/mL(r=0.9998). The limit of quantitation was 1.0 mg/L,and limit of detection was 0.2 mg/L. RSDs of precision,stability and reproduc-ibility tests were lower than 2%;recoveries were 96.36%-100.32%(RSD=1.87%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is sim-ple,accurate and rapid,and can be used for the content determination of ketoprofen in Ketoprofen enteric-coated capsules.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the basic formula of Compound Salicylic Acid and Chloramphenicol Gel with orthogonal design test.METHODS:The closage of CMC-Na、glycerin and ethanol were taken as the review object with the oligation grade as the evaluation index to conduct L9(33) orthogonal test and the contents of salicyclic acid and the chloramphenicol were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The optimized basic formula was as follows: sodium carboxymethylcellulose 3 g, glycerine 10 g, and alcohol 35 mL.The average recovery of Salicylic Acid and Chloramphenicol were 99.1% and 101.6%,the RSD were 0.8% and 1.3%.CONCLUSION: The basic formula optimized with orthogonal test is proved to be stable and serve as theoretic basis for the industrialized production of this preparation.
