ABSTRACT
Objective To study the relationship between pulmonary quantitative indicators on 64-slice spiral CT and lung function,and the diagnosis value of breathing bipolar lung CT scan to emphysema.Methods 54 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were divided into the mild group ( n =5 ) , moderate group ( n =21 ) , severe group(n=19) and gravely severe group(n=9).Four groups received breathing bipolar total lung high-resolution CT scan to test lung density at the end of deep inspiration and expiration,breathing bipolar lung density difference and lung volume,and the relationship between lung density/volume and lung function indicators were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in lung density at the end of deep inspiration and expiration(t=13.67,9.89,all P0.05).The lung volumes at the end of deep inspiration and expiration were obvi-ously correlated with FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC(r=-0.071,-0.083,r=-0.713,-0.542,r=-0.622,0.639, all P<0.05) .The lung volume at the end of deep expiration was obviously correlated with the expected ratio of resid-ual volume to maximum total lung capacity(r=0.622,P<0.05).The deep aspiratory phase lung density was closely correlated with FEV1/FVC and residual volume(r=0.539,P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary quantitative indica-tors on 64-slice spiral CT and pulmonary function has good correlation,which can be used to evaluate the severity of emphysema in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Objective To explore serum albumin level of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and disease severity grading of the relationship between the early,better,a reasonable nutritional support in patients with COPD.Methods 120 COPD patients were randomly divided into four levels according to the disease severity,Ⅰ level as the control group,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ grade for the experimental group,collectting fasting serum albumin,micro-nutrition assessment form ( MNA),body mass index ( BMI ),serum albumin,three nutrition indicators were assessed in patients with COPD,the control group data were compared with the three experimental groups.Results Ⅰ level of COPD were well-nourished patients,mild malnutrition and hypoalbuminemia were 34,6,1 respectively.Ⅱ level were 8,9,2,Ⅲ level were 18,12,4,Ⅳ level were 7,13,6.Malnutrition rates were 17.1％,57.9％,47.1％ and 73.1％,COPD associated with serum albumin level index was 0.251 (P ＜ 0.05 ) ;COPD patients with grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ level of serum white protein-related indices were 0.273,0.331,0.324 ( all P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion COPD severity grading and the decline in serum albumin were correlated,the serum albumin level decreased more significantly.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Telmisartan combined with Atorvastatin in treating patients with idiopathic paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(IPAF).Methods 70 cases of IPAF were randomly divided into study group(given treatment of Telmisartan combined with Atorvastatin)and control group(given treatment of Telmisartan),35 cases in each group,all patients got 2 years follow-up visit.The change of CRP and the arrhythmia recurrence were observed after treatment.Results After surgery,patients were better than before,but the efficiency in study group was significantly higher than control group(88.6％ vs 68.6％,P ＜0.05);CRP of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment,two groups have significant difference(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of atorvastatin combined with telmisartan on IPAF is better than that of telmisartan treatment and clinical implementation should be promoted.
