Ao trabalhar-se com grupos, é muito frequente trabalhar-se em grupo. O conceito de intertransferência de René Kaës constitui uma rara contribuição para entendermos psicanaliticamente o trabalho em equipe interpretante. Neste artigo, apresentamos os conceitos de "intertransferência" e "análise da intertransferência" (ait), contrastando os diferentes textos do autor sobre o assunto entre 1976 e 2004. O conceito de 'intertransferência' aborda a especificidade da problemática da contratransferência quando trabalhamos em equipe. A AIT pressupõe o trabalho da equipe interpretante de associar suas experiências uns com os outros, com suas instituições de pertencimento e com o grupo atendido. When one works with groups, working in a group (of analysts) is something that happens very frequently. René Kaës's concept of intertransference constitutes a rare contribution to our psychoanalytic understanding of working in a interpreting team. In this article, we present the concepts of inter-transference and inter-transferential analysis (ita) by comparing different works about this subject that were written by that author from 1976 to 2004. The concept of inter-transference approaches the specificity of the problematic of countertransference that is observed when we work in a team. The ita implies a work of the interpreting team in associating their experiences with each other, with their institutions of belonging, and with the attended group. El concepto de intertransferencia de René Kaës constituye una rara contribución para pensar psicoanalíticamente el trabajo en equipo interpretante. En este artículo, presentaremos los conceptos de intertransferencia y análisis de la intertransferencia (ait) realizando un contraste entre los diferentes textos escritos por el autor entre 1972 y 2004. El concepto de intertransferencia aborda la especificidad de la problemática de la contratransferencia cuando trabajamos en equipo. Neste artigo propomos alguns apontamentos sobre a arqueologia e a gênese dos dispositivos psicanalíticos de grupo franceses utilizados por René Kaës com vistas a permitir uma melhor compreensão dos mesmos. Identificamos os T-groups de origem lewiniana e o psicodrama moreniano como os dois principais dispositivos da pré-historia da psicanálise de grupo francesa. Os dispositivos de grupo utilizados por René Kaës seriam assim oriundos de um processo de reinvençãoque nega e ao mesmo tempo deixa traços nos novos dispositivos. O uso de seminários intensivos, a perspectiva formativa e a afirmação da primazia da palavra em todos os grupos são exemplos deste processo
In order to promote a better understanding of the psychoanalytical group settings employed by René Kaës, this article explores some aspects of their archeology and genesis. We identify the T-groups, originated from Kurt Lewin, and the Psychodrama, from Moreno, as the two main group settings of the French Group Psychoanalysis prehistory. The group settings employed by René Kaës would be originated from a process of reinventing them, which has simultaneously denied and let some of their traces endure into the new settings. The use of intensive seminars, the formative perspective, and the proposition of the speech as the cornerstone to all kinds of group work are examples from this process
En este artículo proponemos algunos apuntes sobre la arqueología y génesis de los dispositivos psicoanalíticos de grupo franceses utilizados por René Kaës, con vistas à permitir una mejor comprensión de los mismos. Identificamos los T-groups de origen lewiniana, y el psicodrama moreniano, como los dos dispositivos principales de la "prehistoria" del psicoanálisis de grupo francés. Los dispositivos de grupo utilizados por René Kaës serían entonces oriundos de un proceso de "re-invención" que niega los dispositivos anteriores, y al mismo tiempo conserva algunos de sus trazos. El uso de "seminarios intensivos", la perspectiva de formación y la afirmación de la primacía de la palabra en todos los grupos son ejemplos de este proceso.

Serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT) is an important neurotransmitter that is found in both the central and peripheral nervous systems. 5-HT mediates its diverse physiological responses through 7 different 5-HT receptor families: 5-HT1, 5-HT2, 5-HT3, 5-HT4, 5-HT5, 5-HT6, and 5-HT7 receptors. Among them, the 5-HT6 receptor (5-HT6R) is the most recently cloned serotonin receptor and plays important roles in the central nervous system (CNS) and in the etiology of neurological diseases. Compared to other 5-HT receptors, the 5-HT6R has been considered as an attractive CNS therapeutic target because it is expressed exclusively in the CNS and has no known isoforms. This review evaluates in detail the role of the 5-HT6R in the physiology and pathophysiology of the CNS and the potential usefulness of 5-HT6R ligands in the development of therapeutic strategies for the treatment of CNS disorders. Preclinical studies provide support for the use of 5-HT6R ligands as promising medications to treat the cognitive dysfunction associated with Alzheimer's disease, obesity, depression, and anxiety.
