ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the effects of arbuscular mycorrhiza(AM) fungi inoculation on the rhizosphere soil of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis under field conditions,so as to provide a reference for the standardized cultivation and development of high-quality varieties of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis. Method:The effects of inoculation with mycorrhizal fungi on the rhizosphere soil structure of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis were observed through a combination of small-scale field inoculation test and laboratory analysis. Soil indexes were determined by soil agrochemical methods. Result:The treatment groups inoculated with exogenous AM fungi showed a regulatory effect on the infection rate and intensity of AM fungi infection in the root system of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis. After treatment with AM fungi, the soil pH was basically not affected, and the contents of organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium increased. Moreover, the number of fungi decreased, the number of bacteria and actinomycetes increased, and soil enzyme activities increased. The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation among the soil physical and chemical indexes, especially the bacterial number and the three types of phosphatases showed extremely significant correlation (r=0.849,0.800,0.804,P<0.01). Conclusion:The application of the two mixed fungicides could increase the number of microorganisms and enzyme activities in the rhizosphere of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis, and there was a certain synergy effect among the soil factors. Among the three field trials, the effects in Anshun,Guizhou and Wanzhou,Chongqing were more ideal, which provided a theoretical and practical basis for large-scale promotion of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis in the field.

ABSTRACT

Objective To optimize extraction process route of Compound Huangqi Water Extract by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). Methods The multi-level index evaluation model was established and divided into target layer, criterion layer and index layer. The criterion layer included indicative components and pharmacodynamics index. The index layer consisted of transfer rate of astragaloside and geniposidic acid, volume of ascites, content of VEGF in ascites and thymus index. All the indexes were weighted by using FAHP, and the comprehensive score of each extraction process route was obtained. Results The important degrees (w) of each index from high to low were: volume of ascites (w = 0.255), content of VEGF in ascites (w = 0.215), thymus index (w = 0.200), transfer rate of Astragaloside (w = 0.170), and transfer rate of geniposidic acid (w = 0.160). The scores from high to low were: route a > route c > route b. Hence, the optimized extraction process route of Compound Huangqi Water Extract was reflux extraction with water. Conclusion This experiment combined chemical index and pharmacodynamics index as evaluation index. Weighting coefficient of all the indexes was decided by FAHP-based evaluation. It can provide research ideas and methods for optimizing extraction process of clinical empirical formula in the development of patent medicine.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza phenolic acid combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of a-cute respiratory distress syndrome ( ARDS) and the influence on the biochemical parameters of patients. Methods:Totally 86 cases of ARDS were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (43 cases) and the control group (43 cases) according to the random number table. The control group was treated with the routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with salvia milti-orrhiza phenolic and injection additionally. The treatment course was 10 days. The total effective rate, RR and HR, PaO2 , SaO2 and PaCO2 , IL-6, TNF-αand CRP levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the groups. Results:The total ef-fective rate of the observation group(86. 05%) was higher than that of the control group (67. 44%, P<0. 05). RR and HR in the two groups were significantly decreased after the treatment (P<0. 05), and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05). After the treatment, PaO2and SaO2 were significantly increased in the two groups, and PaCO2 was significantly decreased (P<0. 05), and SaO2 and PaO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The plasma levels of IL-6, TNF-α and CRP were significantly decreased in the two groups after the treatment (P<0. 05), and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05). No serious adverse drug reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion:The effect of salvia miltiorrhiza phenolic acid in the treatment of ARDS is significant, and it can significantly improve heart rate, respiratory rate, blood gas and serum inflammatory factors, which is worthy of promoted clinical application.
