ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined therapy of left and right amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 50 patients with hypertension associated with peri menopausal syndrome in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected, and according to the different treatment and nursing intervention divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each groups. The control group with routine nursing intervention and benazepril treatment, observation group with amlodipine and comprehensive psychological nursing intervention treatment before and after treatment in two; blood pressure, luteinizing hormone (LH), serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), estrogen (E2) level and the changes of anxiety and depression (SAS) (SDS) were recorded in detail, and the relevant data for comparative analysis. Results Amlodipine+comprehensive psychological nursing intervention (observation group) of peri menopausal comprehensive clinical effect is better than that of benazepril+routine nursing intervention patients with hypertension treatment (control group) clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms improved better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hypertension patients with perimenopausal syndrome patients choose amlodipine + comprehensive psychological nursing intervention treatment effect significantly, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and psychological state, and is worthy of clinical application.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on quality of life(QOL) in the hysteromyoma patients underwent surgery. Methods Three hundred and twenty patients with hysteromyoma were divided into the psychological intervened group ( all cases were treated with the comprehensive psychological intervention) and the control group (without intervention). Before and after treatment, the scores of the Olson's Enrich Questionary and the Nottingham Health Poofity (NHP) were assessed in the two groups. Results Before surgery, the scores of N HP and Olson were not significantly different between the psychological intervened group and the control group ( P > 0. 05 ). The scores of NHP of total hysterectomy in the control group after surgery were higher than that before surgery, and the scores of Olson were lower significantly ( P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). The scores of NHP of subtotal hysterectomy, myomectomy and blood vessel involvement treatment in the control group after surgery were significantly lower than that before surgery, and the scores of Olson were higher ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01 ). After surgery, the scores of NHP of all patients in the psychological intervened group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the scores of Olson were higher significantly (P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). There was no significant difference in ovarian hormones level between pre- and post- surgery (P > 0. 05). Conclusions The comprehensive psychological intervention pre- and post- surgery is good for the quality of life in hysteromyoma patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive psychological intervention on psychological and biochemical indexes of servicemen in three degree combat readiness. Methods 189 servicemen in three degree combat readiness were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by squad. Beyond the same exercise and education as the control group, the study group received the comprehensive psychological intervention in the course. They were all assessed with Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) ,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) ,and simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) at the day entering three degree combat readiness (prereadiness) and the next day after the mission (post-readiness). The serum concentrations of superoxide dismutase ( SOD), malondialdehyde ( MDA), cortisol ( COR), and aldosterone (ALD) were determined to evaluate biochemical indexes at the same time. Results Compared with the control group after the combat readiness, the total scores of SDS( (42.1 ± 9.3 ) vs (49.2 ± 10.3 ) ) and SAS( (43.8 ± 7.2) vs (50.6 ± 10.2), P< 0. 01 ) were lower, the score of the positive coping style ( ( 21.2 ± 6.4) vs ( 18.2 ± 5.4), P < 0. 05 ) was higher in the study group.Meanwhile, the levels of MDA( (2.6 ±0.51 ) μmol/L) ,COR( (252.5 ±52.4) ng/ml) ,and ALD ( (97.5 ±24.4) pg/ml) were lower ( P < 0. 01 ), the activity of SOD ( ( 1551 ± 354 ) U/gHb) was higher ( P < 0. 01 ) after the combat readiness. In the control group post-readiness, the total scores of SDS (49.2 ± 10.3) and SAS (50.6± 10.2) ,the levels of MDA ( (2.9 ±0.35 ) μmol/L) ,COR( (333.8 ±62.6) ng/ml) ,and ALD( ( 123.8 ±29.6)pg/ml ) increased significantly (P<0.01), the score of the positive coping style ( 18.2 ± 5.4) and the activity of SOD ( 1302 ± 352 ) U/gHb decreased significantly ( P < 0. 01 ). The total scores of SDS, SAS were negatively related to the level of SOD ( r= -0. 142, -0. 119, P<0. 0lor 0.05) ,and positively related to COR ( r=0. 156,0. 159, P<0. 01 ) and ALD ( r=0.151,0.156, P<0. 01 ). The score of positive coping style was positively related to the level of SOD ( r=0. 141, P<0. 01 ) ,and negatively related to COR and ALD ( r= -0. 152, -0. 155, P< 0. 01 ). Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention could effectively improve the psychological and biochemical indexes, reduce the stress level of servicemen in three degree combat readiness.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive psychological intervention and cognitive therapy on cognitive function in schizophrenia. Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the comprehensive psychological intervention group (group A,n=40)and the cognitive therapy group (group B,n=40).Before and after 8-week treatment, the influence on cognitive function were measured with WAIS-RC,WMS,WCST and TESS were compared between two groups. Results After eight weeks, the intelligence quotient, remembrance quotient ,sustained errors and random errors in group A (110.52±18.03,110.78±1.15.42,15.48±9.82,17.46±13.28) were higher than that in group B (96.64±18.26,102.23±13.4,20.35±11.47,24.92±13.71).The difference between the two groups was found in improving cognitive function in schizophrenia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive therapy could improve cognitive function in schizophrenia, but comprehensive psychological intervention would do much better.
