Study on the mechanism of Wenyang huazhuo tongluo formula contained serum inhibiting the proliferation of Th17 cells in scleroderma patients / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Wenyang huazhuo tongluo formula conta ined serum on the expression and methylation of retinoic acid related nuclear orphan receptor （RORγt），and to explore the mechanism of its regulation of Th 17 cell proliferation in the treatment of scleroderma. METHODS Wistar rats were given 15，30，60 g/（kg·d）Wenyang huazhuo tongluo formula intragastrically to prepare different doses of drug-contained serum ，and peripheral blood of scleroderma patients were collected to sort Th 17 cells. Using blank serum as blank control ，methyltransferase inhibitor decitabine （DCA）as positive control ， Th17 cells were treated with different concentrations of drug-contained serum ，and then the proliferation of Th 17 cells was detected by CCK- 8；mRNA expressions of RORγt and IL-17 were detected by qRT-PCR ，and the protein expression of RORγt was detected by Western blot assay ；the protein expression of IL- 17 in the cell supernatant was detected by ELISA ，and the methylation level of RORγt gene promoter was detected by methylation-specific PCR. The transcriptional activity of RORγt gene promoter was detected by dual-luciferase assay. RESULTS Compared with blank control ，Wenyang huazhuo tongluo formula contained serum and DCA could inhibit the proliferation of Th 17 cells（P＜0.05），reduced the mRNA and protein expressions of RORγt and IL-17，enhanced the methylation level of RORγt gene promoter and attenuated ， the transcription activity of RORγt gene promoter. Except for mRNA expression of Th 17 and the methylation level of RORγt gene promoter in drug-contained serum low-dose group ，there were statistical significance in above indexes of other groups（P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Wenyang huazhuo tongluo formula can promote the methylation lev el of RORγt gene，and inhibit the expression of RORγt and the secretion of IL-17，so as to inhibit the proliferation of Th 17 cells.

Traz considerações sobre a construção de significados pela dupla analista-analisando, tendo como pano de fundo manifestações de dor e terror que são experimentadas no campo analítico. A pergunta que o trabalho suscita (mas que não ousa responder) é: Como o analista poderá alcançar um instrumento auxiliar a fim de permitir que a sessão aconteça com atenção relaxada e atitude aberta, contribuindo para a sobrevivência do vínculo analítico, considerando a ocorrência de fatos não digeridos, objetos bizarros, identificação projetiva excessiva, alucinose, inveja e destrutividade?

The present work exposes Bion's ideas about transformations in hallucinosis, supported by a clinical experience. It also works on the ideas of negative capacity, reverie and continent-contained. It brings considerations about the construction of meanings by the analyst-patient duo, against the background of pain and terror manifestations that are experienced in the analytical field. The question that the work raises (but which it does not dare to answer) is: How can the analyst be able to reach an auxiliary instrument in order to allow the session to take place with relaxed attention and an open attitude, contributing to the survival of the analytic bond, considering the occurrence of undigested facts, bizarre objects, excessive projective identification, hallucinosis, envy, and destructiveness?

El presente trabajo expone las ideas de Bion sobre las transformaciones en la alucinosis, respaldadas por una experiencia clínica. También trabaja sobre las ideas de capacidad negativa, ensueño y continente-contenido. Aporta consideraciones sobre la construcción de significados por parte del dúo analista-paciente, en el contexto de las manifestaciones de dolor y terror que se experimentan en el campo analítico. Study on Protective Effects of Drug-contained Serum of Xiaoxuming Decoction on Astrocyte of Oxygen and Glucose Deprivation Model Rats / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the protective effects of drug-contained serum of Xiaoxuming decoction （XXM）on astrocyte of oxygen and glucose deprivation model rats ，and to explore its mechanisms. METHODS ：The astrocytes of rats were randomly divided into control group ，model group and XXM low-dose ，middle-dose，high-dose groups. The cells in the control group were not treated ；after 2.5 h of OGD ，model group and XXM low-dose ，middle-dose，high-dose groups were reoxygenated for 0，3，6，12 h in 0（i.e. the model group was not added with drugs ），2.5％，5％，10％ of XXM ，respectively. The content of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）was detected by colorimetry. The reactive oxygen species （ROS）level was detected by fluorescence probe method ，and the expression of Manganese superoxide dismutase （MnSOD）was determined by immunofluorescence double staining method in control group ，model group and XXM high-dose group after 12 h of reoxygenation following OGD. RESULTS ： The content of LDH in the control group was always kept at a low level ；LDH content in the model group gradually increased from （110.99±17.06）U/L to （436.64±55.29）U/L after 0-12 h of reoxygenation following OGD ，which was significantly higher than that in the control group （P＜0.05）. Compared with model group at the same time point after reoxygenation following OGD ，the contents of LDH in the cells of XXM low-dose ，medium-dose and high-dose groups were decreased to different extents ，and showed a time-and dose-dependent trend. The contents of LDH in XXM groups at 6 and 12 h after reoxygenation following OGD were significantly lower than that of the model group （P＜0.05）. At 12 h after reoxygenation following OGD ，the levels of ROS in model group were significantly higher than control group ， while the level of MnSOD was significantly lower than control group（P＜0.05）. The level of ROS in XXM high-dose group hospital.sh.cn was significantly lower than model group ，while the level of MnSOD was significantly higher than model group （P＜0.05）.. CONCLUSIONS：XXM can protect astrocyte by up-regulating sh.cn levels of MnSOD ，scavenging excessive oxygen free radicals ， to relieve the OGD induced astrocytic injury ，with protective effect.

Study on Protective Effects of Longbie Capsule Contained Serum on the Apoptosis of Chondrocytes Induced by YAP Inhibitor / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE：To ex plore the protective effects of Longbie capsule contained serum （called“LBJN”for short ）on the apoptosis of chondrocytes induced by YAP inhibitor verteporfin and its mechanism. METHODS ：Primary human knee osteoarthritis（OA）chondrocytes were extracted by two-step enzymatic digestion ，and then identif ied by toluidine blue staining and type Ⅱ collagen immunofluorescence staining. The effects of 2，5 μmol/L verteporfin alone or combined with 5％LBJN on cell apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry. Solvent control （0.1％ DMSO）and 5％ LBJN were set. Western blot assay was adopted to detect the expression of apoptosis related proteins （YAP，Bcl-2，cleaved-caspase-3） after treated with 0.1％DMSO（solvent control ），2 μmol/L verteporfin，2 μmol/L verteporfin+5％LBJN 和 0（blank control ），2.5％ LBJN and 5％ LBJN for 48 h. The expression of autophagy related proteins （mTOR，Beclin-1，LC3A/B） after treated with 0 （blank control ），2.5％，5％ LBJN for 48 h were det ected by Western blot assay. RESULTS ：The isolated cells accorded with the characteristics of chondrocytes. Compared with 0.1％DMSO， the apoptosis rates of cells were increased significantly after treated with 2，5 μmol/L verteporfin（P＜0.05），and the effects of the two concentrations were similar （P＞0.05）. Compared with verteporfin alone ，2，5 μmol/L verteporfin combined with 5％LBJN could significantly decrease the apoptotic rate of cells （P＜0.05）. Compared with 0.1％DMSO，the protein expression of YAP and Bcl-2 were decreased significantly after treated with 2 μ mol/L verteporfin （P＜0.05）， while the protein expression of cleaved-caspase-3 were increased significantly （P＜0.05）. Compared with 2 μmol/L verteporfin，protein expression of YAP and Bcl-2 were increased significantly after treated with 2 μmol/L verteporfin+5％LBJN（P＜0.05），while the protein expression of cleaved-caspase-3 were decreased significantly （P＜0.05）. Compared with blank control ，the protein expression of YAP ，Bcl-2 and Beclin-1 were increased significantly after treated with 2.5％，5％LBJN（P＜0.05），while protein expression of cleaved-caspase- 3 and mTOR were decreased significantly （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS ：LBJN can block the apoptosis of chondrocytes induced by YAP inhibitor verteporfin ，and its mechanism may be related to regulating the expression of apoptosis related proteins and enhancing autophagy of chondrocytes.

Contained rupture of a large right hepatic artery aneurysm: the ticking bomb within!

Hepatic artery aneurysms (HAAs) are rare and represents one fifth of visceral aneurysms. We report a case of a 75 year old female who presented to the outpatient department with complaints of abdominal pain and anorexia for 2 weeks. On examination the patient was stable, she had mild tenderness in the right hypochondrial region. Ultrasound abdomen showed an intrahepatic cystic area with both arterial and venous flow, suggesting the possibility of an intrahepatic arteriovenous malformation. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography abdomen showed a large right HAA with contained rupture and intra hepatic extension. She was posted for emergency laparotomy and was found to have a contained rupture a contained rupture of the right HAA of size 10×8 cm with intra hepatic extension. Right hepatectomy was done and the resected margin of liver showed a dilated cystic space with blood clot. Histopathological examination showed intrahepatic aneurysm with atherosclerosis and laminated luminal thrombus. Contained rupture of HAAs with intrahepatic extension are rare. Even though the prevalence of HAAs is low, the risk of rupture is reported to be as high as 20-80% and the mortality following spontaneous rupture is 40%. Hence an aggressive approach to the management of HAA is required whenever detected.

Este trabalho trata a esperança como uma disposição da alma ao mesmo tempo ativa e passiva, orientada à realização de um fim e ao acolhimento de um futuro desconhecido, mas já presente enquanto potencialidade. Relaciona a esperança à posição de ativa passividade da condição de gravidez, na qual existe uma espera voltada a uma hospitalidade absoluta e, ao mesmo tempo, à posição de passiva atividade da condição intrauterina, experiência primária do infinito no finito, na qual o conteúdo transforma o continente quando somos esperados antes de saber esperar. Formas verbais latinas e hebraicas, assim como verbos e substantivos do hebraico bíblico referentes ao ato de ter esperança, vislumbram esta direção sugestiva. Por outro lado, surge a experiência de desespero em relação à condição de exílio e ao nascimento enquanto expulsão do continente uterino. Para que seja superada, exige a intervenção de um socorrista que, com a sua presença, ajuda a reorganizar a esperança e, através dela, encontrar a possibilidade de ação vital. This work treats hope as an active and at the same time passive mood of the soul, focused in accomplishing something and welcoming an unknown future, yet present as potentiality. It places hope close to the position of the active passivity in pregnancy, in which there is an expectation of absolute hospitality. At the same time, it also brings it close to the position of passive activity of the intrauterine condition, the primary experience of infinity in the finite, in which the contained transforms the container, and it is expected before having learned to expect. Latin and Hebrew verbal forms, as well as verbs and nouns of Biblical Hebrew referring to the act of hoping, seem to reveal this suggestive direction. The experience of despair is instead connected to the condition of exile, to birth as being expelled of the uterine container. To be overcome, it requires the intervention of a rescuer who helps with its presence to reorganize hope and, through it, to find the possibility of vital action. Hope, which sustains responsibility, leads to free and creative collaboration in life.

Este trabajo vincula la esperanza a un estado de ánimo activo y pasivo al mismo tiempo, dirigido a lograr un objetivo y acoger un futuro que no se conoce, pero que ya está presente como potencialidad. La acerca a la posición de pasividad activa de la condición del embarazo, en la que hay una espera orientada para la hospitalidad absoluta. Al mismo tiempo, también la acerca a la posición de actividad pasiva de la condición intrauterina, la experiencia primaria del infinito en lo finito, en la que el contenido transforma el contenedor y en la que uno espera antes de saber esperar. Formas verbales latinas y hebraicas, así como los verbos y sustantivos del hebraico bíblico que se refieren al acto de tener esperanza, parecen vislumbrar esta sugerente dirección. En cambio, la experiencia de la desesperación está relacionada con la condición del exilio, con el nacimiento como expulsión del contenedor uterino. Função-Alfa e obesidade / Alpha-Function and obesity

A obesidade é uma patologia crônica, caracterizada pelo acúmulo progressivo de gordura corporal, com impactos significativos na saúde física e mental dos sujeitos. Ela se apresenta como um desafio para os psicoterapeutas tento em vista sua crescente prevalência nas mais diversas fases do desenvolvimento humano. Para tanto, o presente estudo tem como objetivo contribuir para o entendimento da relação entre a função-alfa descrita por W. Bion e o desenvolvimento da obesidade. Dessa maneira, buscou-se realizar uma revisão bibliográfica narrativa com o intuito de analisar o desdobramento desse tema nas pesquisas atuais. Para elaboração deste estudo foi utilizado o seguinte protocolo: definição do tema, do problema e objetivos de pesquisa, estabelecimento de critérios de inclusão e exclusão, estratégias de busca, avaliação dos textos na íntegra e interpretação dos resultados. Concluiu-se que, há um número escasso de pesquisas com essa temática, entretanto, pode-se concluir que a relação entre a função-alfa e o desenvolvimento da obesidade possui uma dinâmica estreita, já que o déficit na função-alfa não permitirá a transformação dos elementos-beta em elementos-alfa, conferindo concretude à experiência emocional do sujeito. Dessa maneira, para o paciente obeso, o alimento cede lugar à simbolização das vivências, ficando com a função de minimizar elementos impensáveis e incontroláveis.(AU)

Obesity is a chronic condition characterized by the progressive accumulation of body fat, with significant impacts on the physical and mental health of the subjects. It presents itself as a challenge for psychotherapists because of its increasing prevalence in various stages of human development. However, this study aims to contribute to the understanding of the relationship between the alpha function described by W. Bion and the development of obesity. Thus, we sought to conduct a narrative bibliographic review in order to analyze the unfolding of this theme in current research. The following protocol was used to elaborate this study: definition of the theme, problem and research objectives, establishment of inclusion and exclusion criteria, search strategies, full text evaluation and interpretation of results. It is concluded that there is a scarce number of researches on this subject, however, it can be concluded that the relationship between alpha-function and the development of obesity has a narrow dynamic, since the alpha-function deficit will not allow transformation of beta-elements into alpha-elements, giving concreteness to the emotional experience of the subject. Thus, for the obese patient, food gives way to the symbolization of experiences, leaving the function of minimizing unthinkable and uncontrollable elements.(AU)

La obesidad es una condición crónica caracterizada por la acumulación progresiva de grasa corporal, con impactos significativos en la salud física y mental de los sujetos. Se presenta como un desafío para los psicoterapeutas debido a su creciente prevalencia en diversas etapas del desarrollo humano. Por lo tanto, este estudio tiene como objetivo contribuir a la comprensión de la relación entre la función alfa descrita por W. Bion y el desarrollo de la obesidad. Por lo tanto, buscamos realizar una revisión bibliográfica narrativa para analizar el desarrollo de este tema en la investigación actual. El siguiente protocolo se utilizó para elaborar este estudio: definición del tema, problema y objetivos de investigación, establecimiento de criterios de inclusión y exclusión, estrategias de búsqueda, evaluación de texto completo e interpretación de resultados. Se concluye que existe uno escaso número de investigación es sobre este tema, sin embargo, se puede concluir que la relación entre la función alfa y el desarrollo de la obesidad tiene una dinámica estrecha, ya que el déficit de la función alfa no permitirá transformación de elementos beta en elementos alfa, dando concreción a la experiencia emocional del sujeto. Así, para el paciente obeso, la comida da paso a la simbolización de experiencias, dejando la función de minimizar elementos impensables e incontrolables.(AU)

Study on original investigation, macroscopic and microscopic identification of pharmacopoeia contained species of Epmedii Folium / 中国中药杂志

Epimedii Folium is a commonly used traditional Chinese drug, and now still depends on the wild resource. In recent years, with the surge in consumption, the resources are declining, the use of market varieties are constantly changing. In this paper, Production and sales situation of the five species contained in pharmacopoeia(Epimedium brevicornu, E. sagittatum, E. pubescens, E. koreanum and E. wushanense) have been studied on the basis of the existing researches, in-depth investigation and collection of accurate plant specimens and samples. And the origins of Epimedii Folium regulated by the pharmacopoeia have been discussed. At the same time, more exclusive and practical features have been summarized on the basis of observation and comparison with the stereo, optical and stereo-fluorescence microscopy technologies, and refering the related literatures on leaf structure and anatomy.The results of this study will provide a useful reference for the clinical medication, supervision, inspection, and standard drafting and so on.

Respiratory Responses during Exercise in Self-contained Breathing Apparatus among Firefighters and Nonfirefighters

BACKGROUND: Firefighters are required to use self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), which impairs ventilatory mechanics. We hypothesized that firefighters have elevated arterial CO₂ when using SCBA. METHODS: Firefighters and controls performed a maximal exercise test on a cycle ergometer and two graded exercise tests (GXTs) at 25%, 50%, and 70% of their maximal aerobic power, once with a SCBA facemask and once with protective clothing and full SCBA. RESULTS: Respiratory rate increased more in controls than firefighters. Heart rate increased as a function of oxygen consumption (V.(O₂)) more in controls than firefighters. End-tidal CO₂ (ETCO₂) during the GXTs was not affected by work rate in either group for either condition but was higher in firefighters at all work rates in both GXTs. SCBA increased ETCO₂ in controls but not firefighters. CONCLUSIONS: The present study showed that when compared to controls, firefighters’ hypoventilate during a maximal test and GXT. The hypoventilation resulted in increased ETCO₂, and presumably increased arterial CO₂, during exertion. It is proposed that firefighters have altered CO₂ sensitivity due to voluntary hypoventilation during training and work. Confirmation of low CO₂ sensitivity and the consequence of this on performance and long-term health remain to be determined.

Effect of cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction on function of colon mucosa lymphocytes of ulcerative colitis in vitro / 中国免疫学杂志

Objective:To explore the effects of cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction on function of colon mucosa lymphocytes of ulcerative colitis in vitro. Methods: Prepared the rat cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction or Mesalamine. Collected colon mucosa of the 12 healthy ( as normal group ) and 18 ulcerative colitis, then isolated and obtained lymphocytes from these samples. The lymphocytes were divided into pathological group, IL-12 group, cerebrospinal fluid group cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction group, cerebrospinal fluid contained Mesalamine group. After exposing to various treatment,the proliferative capacity was measured by CCK-8,the cell cycle and the ratio of CD4+T was analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM), the content of IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α was detected by ELISA. The expression of IL-2 were detected by Western blot analysis. Results:Compared the cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction group with the IL-12 group or cerebrospinal fluid group,the proliferative capacity and the percentage of CD4+T was decreased, the cells significantly arrested at G0/G1 phase, the secretory capability of IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α were obviously reduced; the expression of IL-2 was also significantly down-regulated. Conclusion:The cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction could decrease the function of colon mucosa lymphocytes of ulcerative colitis,the mechanism involved in may be Sijunzi Decoction regulating the secretory capability of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α.

Objetos de Aprendizaje en Dermatología: Una bondad de las TIC / Learning Object in Dermatology: A goodness of the ICT

Las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones propician nuevas estrategias educativas y permiten al estudiante cada día, jugar un papel más activo en su formación; haciendo del profesor un guía, moderador y facilitador del Proceso de Enseñanza Aprendizaje, lo que no quiere decir que se sustituye al profesor. Las nuevas tecnologías sustentan los Objetos de Aprendizaje, entendidos como una entidad digital, autocontenible y reutilizable, con objetivos definidos; y con tres componentes internos editables: los contenidos, las actividades de aprendizaje y los elementos de contextualización. Ellos ostentan otras características como son los metadatos, que permiten su identificación y localización; la generación de nuevos contenidos; interoperabilidad al poder ser utilizados de una plataforma de trabajo a otra; y que deben ser fácilmente accesibles, dentro de otras muchas. Con este trabajo nos propusimos caracterizar los OA y su utilidad en la especialidad de Dermatología. Se realizó una revisión a través de artículos electrónicos en bases de datos a texto completo en revistas pedagógicas nacionales e internacionales y se pudo arribar a la conclusión de que los OA facilitan la adquisición de conocimientos y habilidades en el aprendizaje y que su aplicación resulta útil en Dermatología(AU)

The information and communication technologies (ICT) have broaden the possibilities of knowledge and information transmission, in which the pupil plays the predominant role, leaving the educator with a second role. The ICT sustain the learning objectives, digital entity, self-sustained and reusable with objectives, constituted by three editable internal components: contents, learning activities and contextualization components. Moreover, the metadata facilitates its identification, storage and localization. Also must be present other characteristics: educability, interoperability accessibility, self-regeneration, flexibility, etc. In this study we put forward the task of characterizing the learning objectives as well as other characteristics of the teaching-learning process in the virtual field. Various reviews were carried out on electronic articles, databases of national and international pedagogical journals. Conclusions: It is important the implement and development of the LO in order for the pupil to develop abilities and strategies at any learning situation, and it´s application in Dermatology is useful(AU)

Pulmonary Involvement in Decompression Sickness of a Self Contained Underwater Breath Apparatus Diver / 대한스포츠의학회지

Decompression sickness is a self contained underwater breath apparatus (SCUBA)-related injury with various symptoms and is considered an extreme emergency condition. This is a case of pulmonary involvement in decompression sickness in a 26-year-old SCUBA diver. Although pulmonary involvement in decompression sickness is a potentially severe condition that requires immediate treatment, this condition can be under- or misdiagnosed, and evaluation of this disease by imaging findings is not clearly understood. We experienced a case of pulmonary involvement in decompression sickness and herein present the chest computed tomography and simple radiograph findings associated with this condition.

Las TIC en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje a través de los objetos de aprendizaje / ICT in the teaching-learning process besed on learning objects

Las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones han ampliado la transmisión de información y conocimientos, propiciando nuevas estrategias educativas, en las cuales el papel central radica en el educando y se torna algo menos activo el del profesor. Ellas sustentan los Objetos de Aprendizaje (OA), entidades digitales, autocontenibles y reutilizables, con objetivos definidos, con tres componentes internos editables: contenidos, actividades de aprendizaje y contextualización. También deben incluir los metadatos, que facilitan su identificación, almacenamiento y localización; y otras características como educatividad, interoperabilidad, accesibilidad, generatividad, flexibilidad, etc. Con este trabajo nos propusimos caracterizar los OA y algunas características del Proceso de Enseñanza Aprendizaje en el entorno virtual. Se realizó una revisión a través de artículos electrónicos en bases de datos a texto completo en revistas pedagógicas nacionales e internacionales. Se concluye que los OA facilitan la adquisición y el desarrollo de habilidades en el aprendizaje(AU)

The information and communication technologies (ICT) have broaden the possibilities of knowledge and information transmission, in which the pupil plays the predominant role, leaving the educator with a second role. The ICT sustain the learning objects (LO), digital entities self-sustained and reusable, with objectives, constituted by three editable internal components: contents, learning activities and contextualization components. Moreover, the metadata facilitates its identification, storage and localization. Also it must be present other characteristics: educability, interoperability accessibility, self-regeneration, flexibility, etc. In this study we try to characterize the learning objects and other characteristics of the teaching-learning process in the virtual mode. Various reviews were carried out on electronic articles, databases of national and international pedagogical journals. We conclude that it is important to implement the LO in order to develop abilities and strategies for the pupils at any learning situation(AU)

Based on clinical experiences with psychotic patients, the author points out the importance of offering them holding as an initial step, thus enabling the eventual achievement of a psychic working-through process. The reporting of two analyses is the basis of the subject discussion.

The author examines the concept of transference and developments in the areas in which primitive mental states prevail: psychotic and autistic states. She researches on how to address these phenomena in the analytical session, considering the strength and the impact they cause in the analyst’s mind. She uses Bion’s (1965) theory of transformation as reference, emphasizing the projective transformations and transformations on hallucinosis. She also highlights the autistic transformations (Korbivcher, 2001, 2004) suggested in previous works. She illustrates through clinical vignettes of a child and an adolescent, which predominantly operate with the neurotic personality area, important manifestations of psychotic and autistic states, providing discussion of the ideas introduced throughout the work

El presente artículo analiza las angustias generadas durante el reciente terremoto y maremoto ocurrido en Chile, e intenta dar luces respecto a los numerosos saqueos posteriores a éste, utilizando conceptos de Bion. Se postulan angustias intensas y precoces, descritas en relación a la pérdida del pecho continente, y el posterior ataque a éste. Se describe la fantasía de una escena primaria particular que se asocia con la violencia posterior, intentando considerar los eventos de la realidad externa en relación con la fantasía inconsciente. Se abordan aspectos individuales, de la psicología de grupos y sociológicos para intentar dar cuenta de un fenómeno complejo que requiere de una integración de miradas (incluyendo la mirada literaria)

This article examines the anxieties generated during the recent earthquake and tsunami happened in Chile, and attempts to shed light on the widespread looting after it, using concepts of Bion. Profound anxieties are postulated described in relation to the loss of breast continent, and subsequent attack on this. It described the phantasy of a particular primal scene that is associated with subsequent violence, trying to consider the events of external reality in relation to unconscious phantasy. It deals with individual aspects, group psychology and sociology to try to account for a complex phenomenon that requires an integration of perspectives (including literary look)

A study on the conception vessel / 全日本鍼灸学会雑誌

This paper examined the origins of the conception vessel (also known as the Ren meridian) based on references to the conception vessel in the Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor (Huangdi Neijing, the seminal medical text of ancient China). It takes into consideration new findings related to medical principles, Chinese philology and graphology, and history. We reached the following opinions. It is clear from references in texts such as Lingshu Wuyin Wuwei's mention of underdeveloped innate reproductive functions in men, and the Bone Cavity thesis of the Suwen that states "diseases of the conception vessel appear inside the male as the "seven stomach aches"and in females as mucous discharges from the female genitals and lumps within the bowels", that the conception vessel has existed in both males and females since its discovery. The conception vessel runs along the body's midline, where the following are also located:the vestige of the umbilical cord connected to the fetus, the opening of the vagina and urethral opening (from which menstrual blood and semen are discharged, respectively), and the uterus which holds the fetus. Given that these are all located along the midline, it is thought that the conception vessel was formed based on knowledge of the meridian in ancient cosmology. Insight into the origin of the conception vessel can be provided by elucidating the mechanisms of how the human body gives birth to new life by placing focus on both male vitality and female menstruation while avoiding differences in genital structure. These are interpreted using the same criteria as kidney qi, heavenly dew, conception vessel, and the vital channel, suggesting that both share the same roots and are based in the bladder on the body's midline.

La autora intenta mostrar desde la clínica, parte del proceso analítico de un niño de seis años de edad en el momento de comenzar el análisis. Se transcriben dos sesiones consecutivas, de los ocho meses de comenzado el proceso analítico, para dar cuenta de cómo coexisten en el paciente aspectos fusionales, junto a una riqueza y creatividad poco comunes en estos cuadros. Se manifiesta cómo hay niveles de simbolización logrados que por momentos colapsan. Posteriormente se describe brevemente la evolución del proceso analítico.

The paper shows part of the analytic process of a child who was six at the beginning of his analysis. Two consecutive sessions, dated eight months after the beginning of his analytic process, are provided to try to account for the coexistence in the patient of aspects of fusion, side by side with a richness and creativity which are very unusual in this kind of clinical presentation.
