ABSTRACT

A doença de Chagas crônica afeta seis milhões de pessoas em regiões endêmicas, com 30 mil novos casos anuais ­ logo, espaços de divulgação científica são muito importantes para ofertar informações de qualidade à população. As iniciativas envolvendo o controle da doença de Chagas não podem se limitar às pesquisas com enfoque biológico. Este estudo objetiva apresentar um panorama sobre o processo de construção do canal Falamos de Chagas, no YouTube, sua importância para a comunicação, a informação, a educação em saúde e a mobilização social, bem como refletir sobre a qualidade de uma subamostra de vídeos do canal. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, dividido em duas fases: criação do canal e análise qualitativa dos vídeos sobre a doença disponíveis no YouTube. Observamos que existe potencial nas redes sociais, enquanto recurso de comunicação, contudo é preciso cautela, uma vez que se faz necessária a certificação da qualidade do material


Chronic Chagas disease affects six million people in endemic regions, with 30,000 new infected cases an-nually ­ thus, initiatives involving science diffusion are relevant to offer qualified information to the people. Chagas disease control initiatives cannot be limited to the level of biological focused research. This study aims to present an overview of the construction process of the YouTube channel Falando de Chagas, its importance for communication, information, health education and social mobilization, as well as to reflect on the quality of a subsample of videos present in the channel. Qualitative in nature, the study was divided into two stages: construction of the channel and qualitative analysis of videos about the disease available on YouTube. We observed that there is potential for social networks as communication resources, but caution is needed in their use, since the quality of the material needs certification


La enfermedad de Chagas crónica afecta seis millones de personas en regiones endémicas, con 30.000 nuevos casos anuales ­ los espacios de divulgación científica son muy importantes para ofrecer información a la población. Las iniciativas de control de la enfermedad de Chagas no pueden limitarse al nivel de investigación con enfoque biológico. El estudio tiene como objetivo presentar un panorama del proceso de construcción del canal Falando de Chagas, en YouTube, su importancia para la comunicación, información, educación en salud y movilización social, así como reflexionar sobre la calidad de una submuestra de videos presentes en la canal. De naturaleza cualitativa, el estudio se dividió en dos fases: construcción del canal y análisis cualitativo de videos sobre la enfermedad disponibles en YouTube. Observamos que existe potencial para las redes sociales como recurso de comunicación, sin embargo, se requiere cautela en su uso, ya que se requiere certificar la calidad del material

ABSTRACT

Los recursos educativos digitales se han transformado en un importante material de apoyo al proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje, especialmente durante la pandemia por COVID-19. Estos corresponden a recursos de autoaprendizaje, generalmente en línea y de dominio público cuya disponibilidad inmediata a todo tipo de dispositivos electrónicos permite una rápida interacción del estudiante con materiales didácticos programados. El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar el grado de satisfacción de cinco recursos educativos digitales, desarrollados como herramientas de apoyo para la enseñanza de la patología general, en estudiantes de carreras de pregrado del área de la salud de la Universidad Austral de Chile. Estudio descriptivo y exploratorio. Se desarrollaron cinco recursos educativos digitales donde se visualizan imágenes microscópicas correspondientes a procesos patológicos ocurridos en diferentes tejidos. Estos recursos fueron alojados en repositorios de la universidad y se encuentran actualmente disponibles en el canal de YouTube. Para conocer el grado de satisfacción, en sus aspectos pedagógicos y técnicos, se realizó una encuesta digital, anónima y voluntaria a estudiantes que cursaron asignaturas de patología, la que contempló cuatro dominios con sus respectivas preguntas: forma; control de usuario; contenido educativo y valoración global. El 94 % de los estudiantes calificaron el recurso de excelente o muy bueno y todos los dominios obtuvieron sobre el 80 % de satisfacción. Los contenidos representan lo que el recurso dice ofrecer, ayuda a resolver dudas y facilita la comprensión de la materia. El tamaño y color del texto es el adecuado y las imágenes presentan una excelente calidad y resolución. Los recursos cumplen con una alta calidad técnica y pedagógica, que asegura un gran potencial de uso para la enseñanza de la patología general, guiar el trabajo autónomo del estudiante y las actividades prácticas con el microscopio.


SUMMARY: Digital educational resources have become an important material to support the teaching-learning process, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. These correspond to self-learning resources, generally online and the public domain, whose immediate availability to all types of electronic devices allows for rapid learner interaction with programmed didactic materials. The public domain and its immediate availability to all types of electronic devices allows a quick interaction of the student with self-explanatory didactic materials. The objective of this study was to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of five digital educational resources, developed as support tools for the teaching of general pathology, in undergraduate students of the health area of the Universidad Austral de Chile. Descriptive and exploratory study. Five digital educational resources have been developed where microscopic images corresponding to pathological processes occurring in different tissues are visualized these resources were hosted in university repositories and uploaded to the YouTube channel. To determine the degree of satisfaction, in their pedagogical and technical aspects, an anonymous and voluntary digital survey was carried out among students taking pathology courses, which included four domains with their respective questions: form; user control; educational content and overall assessment. The 94 % of the students evaluated the resource as excellent or very good and all domains obtained over 80 % satisfaction. The contents represent what the resource says it offers, helps to resolve doubts and facilitates the understanding of the subject. The size and color of the text is adequate, and the images present excellent quality and resolution. The resources developed offer a high technical and pedagogical quality, which guarantees a great potential for use in the teaching of general pathology, guiding the student's autonomous work and practical activities with the microscope.

Resumen Cuando los procesos de construcción de contenidos digitales se producen con escaza participación de la comunidad, las decisiones sobre el significado pasan por la interpretación de técnicos y profesionales expertos que tienen otra lectura del mundo y en algunos casos se termina en procesos de exclusión desde el mismo significado que se presenta. Debido a la toma de decisiones que surge entre una temática y el modo que se elige, se presenta como reto una participación amplia de las comunidades para crear contenidos formativos en el marco de la Educativos para la Salud (EpS).


Abstract: When the processes of construction of digital contents are produced with little participation of community, decisions about the meaning go through the interpretation of technical and professional experts, who have another reading of the world and, in some cases, end up in processes of exclusion from the same meaning that is presented. Due to the decision making that arises between a theme and the way it is chosen, a broad participation of communities to create formative contents within the framework of Education for Health (EpS) is presented as a challenge.

Abstract Aim: This work aims to identify the perception of school Physical Education teachers concerning the use of a digital educational resources (DERs) platform. Methods: An exploratory study was carried out with nine Physical Education teachers from different locations and teaching systems in Brazil. These teachers used some functionalities offered by MEC RED, a DERs platform provided by the Brazilian Ministry of Education, and presented their experience of use in a focus group. Results: Discussions among the participating teachers from their experience of using MEC RED led to identifying potential benefits and obstacles to using DERs in teaching Physical Education at school, motivations for using a DERs platform, and the usefulness of MEC RED in this context. Conclusion: From the participants' point of view, a DERs platform can support teachers in locating and selecting resources that could be used in their classes. MEC RED was found partially suited to these teachers mainly because it presents low availability of DERs related to school Physical Education, which may demobilize the use of this platform. The findings of this study can contribute to understanding the needs of school Physical Education teachers to create, use, and share DERs, promote a collaborative culture among them, and structure better DERs platforms.

SUMMARY: The emergence of the digital society in the 21st century due to great advances in information and communication technologies (ICT) has allowed the development of research, communication, and collaboration activities related to knowledge and information. ICTs have influenced many aspects of society, especially educational work, and many educational establishments have adopted these technologies in a bid to enhance their teaching methods. One of the most representative cases is the global expansion of e-learning platforms. Until now, the traditional method of study of human anatomy, a key component of any study plan in the health education area, has been mainly based on classic texts. However, different types of software made an appearance in this century such as the three-dimensional (3D) atlases consisting of digital illustrations of the human body. However, there might be a high cost of investment involved when purchasing these kind of software. This research aimed to study the perception of human anatomy students regarding the use of models of 3D-scanned real cadaveric samples available at http://anatomiahumana3d.com, as a complementary educational resource to conventional study. A satisfaction survey was designed which consisted of four items. The survey was answered by 134 students. The format of the models, functionality of the resource, content and teaching of the resource, and finally the general evaluation, reached 96.8%, 84.05%, 81.14%, and 89.4% of perception of satisfaction, respectively. The results show that the new generations of students are immersed in a technological environment, therefore, both general and anatomy teaching could benefit from the use of new technologies.


RESUMEN: El comienzo de la sociedad digital en el siglo XXI debido a los grandes avances en las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) ha permitido el desarrollo de actividades de investigación, comunicación y colaboración relacionadas con el conocimiento y la información. Las TIC han influido en muchos aspectos de la sociedad, especialmente en el trabajo educativo, y muchos establecimientos educativos han adoptado estas tecnologías en un intento por mejorar sus métodos de enseñanza. Uno de los casos más representativos es la expansión global de las plataformas de e-learning. Hasta ahora, el método tradicional de estudio de la anatomía humana, componente clave de cualquier plan de estudios en el área de educación para la salud, se ha basado principalmente en textos clásicos. Sin embargo, en este siglo aparecieron diferentes tipos de software, como los atlas tridimensionales (3D) que consisten en ilustraciones digitales del cuerpo humano. Sin embargo, puede haber un alto costo de inversión involucrado al adquirir este tipo de software. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo estudiar la percepción de los estudiantes de anatomía humana sobre el uso de modelos de muestras de cadáveres reales escaneados en 3D disponibles en http://anatomiahumana3d.com, como recurso educativo complementario al estudio convencional. Se diseñó una encuesta de satisfacción que constaba de cuatro ítems. La encuesta fue respondida por 134 estudiantes. El formato de los modelos, funcionalidad del recurso, contenido y didáctica del recurso, y finalmente la evaluación general, alcanzaron el 96,8%, 84,05%, 81,14% y 89,4% de percepción de satisfacción, respectivamente. Los resultados muestran que las nuevas generaciones de estudiantes se encuentran inmersas en un entorno tecnológico, por lo que tanto la enseñanza general como la de anatomía podrían beneficiarse del uso de las nuevas tecnologías.

Resumen Introducción: las nuevas metodologías emergentes y su aplicación educativa se han convertido en una realidad dentro de los espacios de aprendizaje, siendo el b-learning una de las metodologías más recurrentes durante la última década. Objetivo: el objetivo del presente trabajo radica en conocer el grado de empleo de la metodología b-learning en los docentes de las cooperativas de enseñanza. Materiales y métodos: la investigación se ha llevado a cabo a través de un estudio descriptivo y correlacional, utilizándose un cuestionario de corte ad hoc de cinco dimensiones. Resultados: los resultados muestran un incremento progresivo de la incorporación de la innovación dentro de las aulas y un ímpetu formativo por parte de los docentes en materia tecnológica. Conclusiones: los docentes perciben el blended learning cada vez de manera más positiva, a pesar de disponer de escasos recursos digitales y de encontrar dificultades en propiciar un rol activo del discente. Asimismo, se ha constatado la existencia de niveles intermedios de confianza hacia la tecnología, especialmente entre el profesorado de mayor edad.


Abstract Introduction: new emerging methodologies and their educational application have become a reality within learning spaces, with b-learning being one of the most recurrent methodologies during the last decade. Objective: the objective of this work is to know the degree of use of the b-learning methodology in the teachers of the teaching cooperatives. Materials and methods: the research was carried out through a descriptive and correlational study, using a five-dimensional ad hoc cut-off questionnaire. Results: the results show a progressive increase in the incorporation of innovation within the classrooms and a formative impetus on the part of the teachers in technological matters. Conclusions: teachers perceive blended learning more and more positively, in spite of having scarce digital resources and finding difficulties in propitiating an active role of the student. Likewise, it has been verified the existence of intermediate levels of confidence in technology, especially among older teachers.


Resumo Introdução: novas metodologias emergentes e sua aplicação educacional tornaram-se uma realidade dentro dos espaços de aprendizagem, sendo o b-learning uma das metodologias mais recorrentes na última década. Objetivo: o objetivo deste trabalho é conhecer o grau de utilização da metodologia b-learning nos professores das cooperativas de ensino. Materiais e métodos: a pesquisa foi realizada por meio de um estudo descritivo e correlacional, utilizando um questionário de corte ad hoc em cinco dimensões. Resultados. os resultados mostram um aumento progressivo na incorporação de inovação dentro das salas de aula e um impulso formativo por parte dos professores em questões tecnológicas. Conclusões: os professores percebem o blended learning de maneira cada vez mais positiva, apesar de ter recursos digitais escassos e encontrar dificuldades em propiciar um papel ativo do aluno. Da mesma forma, verificou-se a existência de níveis intermediários de confiança em tecnologia, especialmente entre os professores mais velhos.

ABSTRACT

La utilización cada vez más creativa de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones en los procesos formativos, así como la participación activa de los usuarios y los propios docentes en la creación de contenidos digitales, son factores que han contribuido a la aparición del movimiento de recursos educativos abiertos. En Cuba, la Educación Médica Superior es uno de los contextos en los que de manera sostenida se trabaja en función de crear estos recursos y publicarlos en el dominio público, disponibles fundamentalmente a través los entornos virtuales de enseñanza-aprendizaje alojados en el Portal de Salud de Cuba. Pese a ello, se develaron insuficiencias dentro del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Matemática Superior para las carreras de Tecnología de la Salud, en la Facultad de Enfermería-Tecnología de la Salud, de la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Santiago de Cuba, debido a la casi nula utilización de las facilidades que ofrece el modelo de aprendizaje en red, y la no disponibilidad de recursos de aprendizaje para ello. En consecuencia, se desarrollaron objetos de aprendizaje como recursos educativos abiertos, que apoyen el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la misma; y para lo cual se utilizó el eXeLEARNING como herramienta de desarrollo. Entre las principales características de los REA elaborados figuran haber sido creados con una intencionalidad educativa, haber sido estructurados en función de un objetivo educativo, ser independientes y poder ser ensamblados para conformar otros recursos educativos, de manera que pueden ser reutilizados en otros contextos educativos(AU)


The increasingly creative use of information and communication technologies in training processes, as well as the active participation of users and teachers in the creation of digital content, are factors that have contributed to the emergence of the movement of open educational resources. In Cuba, Higher Medical Education is one of the contexts in which a sustained effort is made to create these resources and publish them in the public domain, available primarily through the virtual teaching-learning environments hosted in the Health Website of Cuba. Despite this, shortcomings were revealed in the teaching-learning process of Higher Mathematics for Health Technology careers, in the Faculty of Nursing-Health Technology, of the University of Medical Sciences of Santiago de Cuba, due to the null use of the facilities offered by the e-learning model, and the unavailability of learning resources for it. As a result, learning objects were developed as open educational resources to support the teaching-learning process; and for which eXeLEARNING was used as the development environment tool. Among the main characteristics of the OER elaborated are: having been created with an educational intention, having been structured according to an educational objective, being independent and being able to be assembled to form other educational resources, so that they can be reused in other educational contexts(AU).

ABSTRACT

El impacto de la educación desde sus diferentes aristas es invaluable, especialmente en el ámbito universitario y resaltado en la carrera de medicina, por lo que se reconoce a la educación como un concepto extenso, pudiéndose simplificar en tres tipos: educación formal, educación no formal y educación informal. Las definiciones otorgadas a los tipos de educación son amplias, destacando la educación no formal, la cual envuelve a toda actividad que sea educativa, organizada y sistematizada que no implique necesariamente una trayectoria fija, que facilite determinadas clases de aprendizajes, pudiéndose realizar fuera del marco del sistema tradicional de educación, optando o no por certificación. Actualmente la educación no formal se presenta como alternativa o complemento a la educación formal, por lo cual se realizó la presente revisión de la literatura con el objetivo de examinar las implicaciones que tiene la educación no formal como complemento para la educación médica. Con la idea de desarrollar la educación no formal en el recinto universitario, de manera paralela a la educación formal, se procura que el estudiante de medicina, tenga formación durante y después de su desarrollo profesional, fomentando la educación médica continua, creando un aprendizaje activo, independiente y auto - dirigido, alivianado de la presión de la educación tradicional y que este tipo de educación se presente como una herramienta importante para renovar los esquemas de enseñanza y aprendizaje, apoyada por las tecnologías de la Información y comunicación así como por los recursos educativos abiertos.(AU)


The impact of education from its different edges is invaluable, especially in the university field and highlighted in the medical career. Therefore, education is recognized as an extensive concept that can be simplified into three types: formal education, non-formal education, and informal education. The definitions given to these are broad, highlighting non-formal education, which involves any educational activity, organized and systematized that does not necessarily imply a fixed trajectory, that facilitates certain kinds of learning and can be carried out outside the framework of the traditional education system, opting or not for certification. Currently, non-formal education is presented as an alternative or complement to formal education thus the present review of the literature was carried out with the objective of examining the implications of non-formal education as a complement to medical education. With the idea of developing non-formal education in the university campus, in parallel with formal education, it is sought that medical students, have training during and after their professional development, promoting continuous medical education. Creating an active, independent and self-directed learning, relieved of the pressure of traditional education, hence presenting this type of education as an important tool to renew teaching and learning schemes, supported by information and communication technologies as well as open educational resources. Resumo Os hábitos alimentares de adolescentes têm sido marcados pelo alto consumo de alimentos ricos em gorduras, sódio e açúcares simples que, somados ao sedentarismo, estão diretamente relacionados com a incidência de obesidade entre outras doenças crônicas não transmissíveis tanto nesta faixa etária como na vida adulta. Este cenário reforça a urgência de se adotar programas de educação alimentar e nutricional (EAN). Sabendo-se disso, o objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar o hábito alimentar e sequencialmente avaliar o grau de conhecimento sobre alimentação e nutrição de adolescentes, intervir com EAN, aplicando dois recursos pedagógicos distintos (palestra e jogo do tipo quiz) e comparar a eficácia de ambos no processo educativo. Participaram do estudo 59 adolescentes entre 13 e 16 anos, matriculados em duas turmas da oitava série de uma escola municipal do município de Lavras - Minas Gerais. Os resultados indicaram prevalência de padrão alimentar inadequado evidenciando o consumo elevado de alimentos ricos em gorduras e açúcares simples. Tanto a aplicação do jogo como a palestra se mostraram eficientes para aumentar o grau de conhecimento dos adolescentes e, quando comparados, os métodos não mostraram diferença significativa entre si.


Abstract Eating habits of adolescents have been marked by high consumption of foods rich in fat, sodium and simple sugars which, together with a sedentary lifestyle, are directly related to the incidence of obesity and other chronic non-communicable diseases both among adolescents and in adulthood. This scenario highlights the urgent need to adopt food and nutrition education (FNE) programs. Thus, the scope of this study was to identify the eating habits and subsequently evaluate the degree of knowledge about food and nutrition of adolescents, intervene with EAN actions, applying two separate educational resources (lecture and quiz-type game) and compare the effectiveness of both in the educational process. The study included 59 adolescents between 13 and 16 years of age, enrolled in two classes of the eighth grade of a public school in the city of Lavras in the State of Minas Gerais. Results revealed the prevalence of inadequate dietary patterns marked by the high consumption of foods rich in simple sugars and fats. Both the application of the game and the lecture were effective in increasing the level of knowledge among adolescents and, when compared, there was no significant difference methods between them.

ABSTRACT

A Educação Permanente em Saúde é uma Política Nacional que possui um papel crucial para a formação e o desenvolvimento de trabalhadores da saúde que pensam e operacionalizam o Sistema Único de Saúde. É uma estratégia que proporciona a efetivação de mudanças e transformações no processo de trabalho no cotidiano das instituições de saúde. A literatura aponta que existe uma frequente dificuldade de compreensão e implementação desta política pelos profissionais e gestores de saúde. Diante disto, faz-se necessária a elaboração de materiais educativos que favoreçam o seu entendimento, na expectativa de sua disseminação e assertividade. Pressupondo a potencialidade das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, em especial do infográfico animado enquanto recurso que motiva e facilita o processo de aprendizagem, realizamos o presente estudo com o objetivo de desenvolver um infográfico animado como recurso didático para a Educação Permanente de trabalhadores de saúde (EPS). Tratou-se de um estudo metodológico com abordagem qualitativa, quede fevereiro de 2015 a maio de 2017 percorreu as etapas sugeridas na literatura para o desenvolvimento de animações utilizadas como material didático, foram elas: análise e diagnóstico; planejamento instrucional, desenho didático e produção de mídias. Contamos para a criação do infográfico, com a assessoria de uma empresa especializada em webdesigner, e com a colaboração de uma equipe multidisciplinar que envolveu pesquisadores das áreas de enfermagem, jornalismo, design gráfico, comunicação, tecnologia da informação e especialistas em educação permanente em saúde. Para coleta das informações que subsidiaram esta construção, além da revisão da literatura, realizou-se círculo de cultura com os participantes de um grupo de educação permanente, do interior do Estado de São Paulo. Na sequência, elaborou-se um mapa conceitual que organizou e hierarquizou os conceitos que subsidiaram a construção do roteiro do infográfico. Por meio de uma associação de textos, imagens, áudios, animações e transições, foi apresentado no infográfico animado os princípios da EPS, os seus objetivos com exemplos práticos, a aplicação dos métodos ativos em seu processo de execução, a sua trajetória legal e a sua diferenciação em relação a educação continuada e a educação em saúde. Nos atentamos para a utilização adequada de auxílios visuais combinados ao texto verbal para chamar atenção ao foco das informações, torná-lo esteticamente mais agradável e atrativo para o espectador, afim de melhorar a capacidade de recepção destas informações. A validação do roteiro ocorreu com a participação de especialistas em Educação Permanente em Saúde, que o avaliaram positivamente por possuir informações claras, concisas, que atendem as necessidades do público alvo, favorecem o aprendizado em diferentes situações e estão aptas para circular no meio científico da área. Assim, compreende-se que o conteúdo deste recurso tecnológico é relevante e adequado para agregar conhecimento sobre a EPS e pode ser utilizado em diversos contextos. Considera-se, que a trajetória percorrida para a construção do infográfico animado, confere sustentação acadêmica e científica ao produto construído como tecnologia de informação e comunicação, e indica a possibilidade do seu potencial pedagógico enquanto um recurso computacional que pode favorecer a aprendizagem significativa sobre educação permanente em saúde e contribuir para a transformação das práticas de saúde


The Permanent Education in Health is a National Policy that has a crucial role for the formation and development of health workers who think and operationalize the Unified Health System. It is a strategy that provides the effective changes and transformations in the work process in the Of health institutions. The literature points out that there is a frequent difficulty in understanding and implementing this policy by professionals and health managers. In view of this, it is necessary to prepare educational materials that favor their understanding, in the expectation of its dissemination and assertiveness. Assuming the potential of Information and Communication Technologies, especially animated infographic as a resource that motivates and facilitates the learning process, we carry out the present study with the objective of developing an animated infographic as a didactic resource for the Permanent Education of health workers. It was a methodological study with a qualitative approach, which covered the steps suggested in the literature for the development of animations used as didactic material, they were: analysis and diagnosis; Instructional planning, didactic design and media production. We counted on the creation of the infographic, with the advice of a company specialized in webdesigner, and with the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team that involved researchers from the areas of nursing, journalism, graphic design, communication, information technology and specialists in permanent health education . In order to collect the information that supported this construction, in addition to the literature review, a culture circle was held with the participants of a permanent education group from the interior of the State of São Paulo. Following, a conceptual map was elaborated that organized and hierarchized the concepts that subsidized the construction of the script of the infographic. Through an association of texts, images, audios, animations and transitions, the EPS principles were presented in the animated infographic, their objectives with practical examples, the application of the active methods in their execution process, their legal trajectory and the Their differentiation in relation to continuing education and health education. We take into account the appropriate use of visual aids combined with the verbal text to draw attention to the focus of the information, make it more aesthetically pleasing and attractive to the viewer, in order to improve the ability to receive this information. The validation of the script took place with the participation of specialists in Permanent Education in Health, who evaluated him positively for having clear, concise information that meets the needs of the target public, favors learning in different situations and is apt to circulate in the scientific milieu of area. Thus, it is understood that the content of this technological resource is relevant and adequate to aggregate knowledge about EPS and can be used in several contexts. It is considered that the path taken to construct the animated infographic provides academic and scientific support to the product constructed as information and communication technology and indicates the possibility of its pedagogical potential as a computational resource that can favor significant learning about education And contribute to the transformation of health practices

A Educação Permanente em Saúde é uma Política Nacional que possui um papel crucial para a formação e o desenvolvimento de trabalhadores da saúde que pensam e operacionalizam o Sistema Único de Saúde. É uma estratégia que proporciona a efetivação de mudanças e transformações no processo de trabalho no cotidiano das instituições de saúde. A literatura aponta que existe uma frequente dificuldade de compreensão e implementação desta política pelos profissionais e gestores de saúde. Diante disto, faz-se necessária a elaboração de materiais educativos que favoreçam o seu entendimento, na expectativa de sua disseminação e assertividade. Pressupondo a potencialidade das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, em especial do infográfico animado enquanto recurso que motiva e facilita o processo de aprendizagem, realizamos o presente estudo com o objetivo de desenvolver um infográfico animado como recurso didático para a Educação Permanente de trabalhadores de saúde (EPS). Tratou-se de um estudo metodológico com abordagem qualitativa, quede fevereiro de 2015 a maio de 2017 percorreu as etapas sugeridas na literatura para o desenvolvimento de animações utilizadas como material didático, foram elas: análise e diagnóstico; planejamento instrucional, desenho didático e produção de mídias. Contamos para a criação do infográfico, com a assessoria de uma empresa especializada em webdesigner, e com a colaboração de uma equipe multidisciplinar que envolveu pesquisadores das áreas de enfermagem, jornalismo, design gráfico, comunicação, tecnologia da informação e especialistas em educação permanente em saúde. Para coleta das informações que subsidiaram esta construção, além da revisão da literatura, realizou-se círculo de cultura com os participantes de um grupo de educação permanente, do interior do Estado de São Paulo. Na sequência, elaborou-se um mapa conceitual que organizou e hierarquizou os conceitos que subsidiaram a construção do roteiro do infográfico. Por meio de uma associação de textos, imagens, áudios, animações e transições, foi apresentado no infográfico animado os princípios da EPS, os seus objetivos com exemplos práticos, a aplicação dos métodos ativos em seu processo de execução, a sua trajetória legal e a sua diferenciação em relação a educação continuada e a educação em saúde. Nos atentamos para a utilização adequada de auxílios visuais combinados ao texto verbal para chamar atenção ao foco das informações, torná-lo esteticamente mais agradável e atrativo para o espectador, afim de melhorar a capacidade de recepção destas informações. A validação do roteiro ocorreu com a participação de especialistas em Educação Permanente em Saúde, que o avaliaram positivamente por possuir informações claras, concisas, que atendem as necessidades do público alvo, favorecem o aprendizado em diferentes situações e estão aptas para circular no meio científico da área. ABSTRACT

El estudio de la anatomía, de acuerdo a anatomistas y estudiantes alrededor del mundo, requiere del trabajo práctico frente al cadáver y, por reducción de tiempo en la enseñanza de esta disciplina, que estas etapas sean fuertemente apoyadas por tecnologías educativas para responder a las demandas de una sociedad globalizada que promueve la equidad de la educación. En este contexto, una buena respuesta son los "Recursos Educativos Abiertos" (REA). El movimiento de los REA ha tenido un éxito significativo al promover la idea de que el conocimiento es un bien universal. Desde sus comienzos, los REA se consolidaron como claves para la democratización del conocimiento, dado que están disponibles en Internet, con licencia Creative Commons. A través de la Iniciativa Latinoamericana de Libros de Texto abiertos: Proyecto LATIn, se construyó un libro digital para estudiantes del área de la salud llamado Anatomía de las Arterias de la Cabeza, libro que se organizó de tal modo de integrar adecuadamente los contenidos desde la perspectiva pedagógica como multimedial. El libro cumple con las características de un REA, dado que está disponible y fácilmente accesible en Internet, además a través del Proyecto LATin está debidamente difundido en las 12 universidades que conforman la red del proyecto. Este libro se utilizó en la unidad de Sistema Circulatorio, en la asignatura de Anatomía Humana (ANAT 122) que se dictó a estudiantes de la Escuela de Obstetricia y Puericultura el primer semestre del año 2014 y del primer semestre 2015. El libro fue evaluado por un total de 101 estudiantes con un estudio descriptivo para determinar la satisfacción desde la perspectiva pedagógica y tecnológica. Los resultados arrojaron una alta satisfacción respecto del recurso, fluctuando entre el 76,4 % y 100 % de satisfacción en los diversos ítems.


According to anatomists and students around the world, the study of this discipline requires practical work in front of the body. In light of the reduction of time in the teaching of this discipline, these stages must be strongly supported by educational technologies and in turn meet the demands of a globalized society that promotes equity of Education. In this context, the "Open Educational Resources" (OER) is a great tool. The OER movement has had significant success in promoting the idea that knowledge is a universal asset. Since its inception, the OER were consolidated as key to the democratization of knowledge, because they are available online with licensed Creative Commons. Through the Latin American Initiative open textbooks from Latin Project, a digital book for students of health called "Anatomy Arteries of the Head" was organized in such a way to properly integrate content, as multimedia from an pedagogical perspective. The book meets the characteristics of a OER, since it is available and easily accessible on the Internet, also through Latin Project is properly distributed in the 12 universities that make up the project network. This book is used in the Circulatory System unit, in the course of Human Anatomy (ANAT 122) that was issued to students at the Midwifery School the first half of 2014 and first half 2015. The book was evaluated by a total of 101 students with a descriptive study to determine satisfaction from the pedagogical and technological perspective. The results showed a very high satisfaction with the resource, fluctuating between 76,4% and 100% satisfaction in various items.

ABSTRACT

Dada la necesidad de perfeccionar el sitio web UVS-Fajardo para que permitiera la inclusión de un repositorio de Recursos Educativos Abiertos, según criterios específicos de las carreras y especialidades de ciencias médicas que se imparten en la Facultad Manuel Fajardo; se llevó a cabo una investigación con el objetivo de: realizar las adaptaciones al software Drupal en función del repositorio de Recursos Educativos Abiertos; establecer una taxonomía para los contenidos de la Universidad Virtual; e implementar un repositorio de recursos de aprendizaje e investigación. Como resultado se diseñó una taxonomía según tipo de recursos, con 8 taxones y 250 palabras que se añadieron a la clasificación LOM. Como consecuencia de la adaptación del software Drupal como base del repositorio y después de un proceso de preparación, se incrementó la producción a 644 recursos de aprendizaje y 99 de investigación. Se logró la adaptación de plantillas, metadatos y sistemas de recopilación y búsqueda. Se determinó la taxonomía a utilizar en la UVS basado en la teoría de objetos de aprendizaje y contextualizado a las características del centro docente. Se concluye que el repositorio implementado posee una lógica de organización académica que garantiza el depósito y búsqueda de forma rápida y eficiente; así como la preservación, reutilización, actualización y evaluación de los materiales digitales producidos(AU)


Due to the need to improve the UVS-Fajardo website to allow the inclusion of a repository of Open Educational Resources, according to specific criteria of careers and specialties of medical sciences taught at the Faculty Manuel Fajardo; It was carried out an investigation in order to: make the adaptations to Drupal software based in a repository of Open Educational Resources; to establish a taxonomy for contents of the Virtual University; and to implement a repository of learning and research resources. As a result a taxonomy was designed by type of resources, with 8 taxa and 250 words that were added to the LOM classification. As a consequence of adaptation of Drupal software and after a process of preparation, the production increased to 644 learning resources and 99 of research. The adaptation of templates, metadata, collection systems and search system was achieved. It was determined taxonomy used in the UVS based on the theory of learning objects and contextualized to the characteristics of the educational establishment. We conclude that the repository implemented has a logic of academic organization that ensures the deposit and search quickly and efficiently; and the preservation, reuse, updating and evaluation of digital materials produced was achieved(AU)

ABSTRACT

Con el propósito de implementar el servicio de repositorio que facilite su gestión, preservación y reutilización de los recursos educativos, así como el establecimiento de políticas de auto archivo y acceso libre en la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina. Se ejecutó un proyecto de desarrollo tecnológico para el cual se realizó un estudio descriptivo y transversal, durante los meses septiembre de 2012 a enero del 2013. Se utilizó un grupo de Informantes clave constituido por 13 individuos. Fueron utilizados como métodos el análisis histórico-lógico, el análisis documental, el análisis y la síntesis de la información y la entrevista al grupo de Informantes clave para identificar los requerimientos en cuanto a contenido, formato de archivos y organización del contenido. Como resultados se obtuvo que el repositorio, es creado con Eprints, almacena recursos educativos, en diferentes formatos, proyectos de investigación, informes y presentaciones, además de tesis de maestría y doctorales, organizado por índices de contenido, permite el autoarchivo y establece como modalidad de publicación el depósito semimediado. El servicio está disponible para los usuarios de la Intranet en la dirección electrónica: http://archivoelam.sld.cu. Se concluyó que para el diseño del repositorio se determinó utilizar la aplicación Eprints tiene como modalidad de publicación el depósito semimediado y permite el archivo de recursos educativos, tesis de maestría y doctorales en cualquier formato, organizados por índices, está disponible para usuarios de la Intranet(AU)


To implement the repository service that facilitates its management, preservation and reutilization of educational resources, as well as the establishment of selfsafe policies and free access in the Latin American School of Medicine (LASM). A descriptive transverse study was performed for carrying out a project of technological development, from September 2012 to January 2013. A group of 13 key informants were used. The historical-logical analysis, the documentary analysis, the analysis and synthesis of the information and the interview, made to the group of key informants, were the methods used to identify the content requirements, format of files and organization of the content. The repository is made with Eprints, it stores educational resources, in different formats, research projects, reports and presentations, also papers of Masters and Doctors' degrees, organized by content indexes, itallows selfsaving and establish the semimediated storage as publishing modality. Service is available for the Intranet users in: http://archivoelam.sld.cu. For designing the repository, the application of Eprints was determined which has the semimediated storage as publishing modality and permits saving educational resources, papers of Masters and Doctors' degrees in any formats, arranged by indexes. It is available for Intranet users(AU)

ABSTRACT

El presente trabajo tiene el objetivo de mostrar las potencialidades que tienen los Recursos Educativos Abiertos obtenidos de las actividades realizadas en el marco del proyecto de Telenfermería, en la modalidad de teleconferencias, con el propósito de ser reutilizados, para fines académicos, en la formación de los procesos en enfermería. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica y documental de las actividades realizadas, desde diciembre del 2011 hasta julio del 2014, a través de las salas virtuales de la Red de Enfermería Informática, evidenciadas en las grabaciones de estas sesiones de trabajo que se encuentran enlazadas en el sitio web de la REDENFI, en el Aula Virtual de la ENSAP y el Repositorio del Campus Virtual de la Salud Pública, además se valoró el registro de participantes en la base de datos diseñada para este fin. Se trasmitieron a través de las plataformas de Elluminate y BlackBoard 1 taller, 8 entrenamientos, 8 reuniones virtuales y 15 teleconferencias. Las teleconferencias y los entrenamientos están disponibles para ser reutilizados como Recursos Educativos Abiertos, según las necesidades de los profesores, estudiantes y comunidad virtual de enfermería en general, esto ha permitido que progresivamente el personal de enfermería identifique la potencialidad y el alcance que tiene esta herramienta, para el intercambio científico y las actividades académicas en la formación de enfermeira.


The present paper was aimed at showing the potentialities of Open Educational Resources obtained from activities of telenursing project, teleconference modality, which can be reused for academic purposes in the processes of nursing formation. A literature and documentary review of these activities performed from December 2011 until July 2014 through virtual classrooms of the informatic nursing network and shown in the recording of these working sessions that are linked in REDENFI website, in the virtual classroom of ENSAP (National School of Public Health) and in the Repository of the Virtual Public Health Campus. The registration of participants in the database created for this purpose was also assessed. Elluminate and BlackBoard platforms allowed broadcasting one workshop, 8 training courses, 8 virtual meetings and 15 teleconferences. Teleconferences and training courses are available for reuse as Open Educational Resources according to the requirements of professors, students and the virtual nursing community in general. All this has made it possible that the nursing staff gradually realize the potentialities and the scope of this tool for the scientific exchange and the academic activities in the nursing formation.

ABSTRACT

O presente estudo teve como objetivo identificar e classificar os recursos pedagógicos mais utilizados pelos professores da Educação Infantil de uma cidade do interior do Estado de São Paulo. O instrumento utilizado para a coleta de dados foi um questionário aplicado com 145 professores que ministravam aula no Ensino Infantil.Os resultados mostraram que os professores de Educação Infantil utilizavam com maior frequência nas salas de aula os jogos de acoplagem e, na escola, os jogos de exercícios. Portanto, é imprescindível o conhecimento pelos professores no que se refere à classificação dos brinquedos e jogos, uma vez que cada um possibilita o desenvolvimento de habilidades diferenciadas.


The present study aimed to identify and classify the most used educational resources by teachers of early childhood education in a city in the State of São Paulo. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire administered to145 teachers who taught in early childhood education in a town in the State of São Paulo. The results showed that teachers of early childhood education used more of ten, in the classrooms, coupling games and, at school, gaming exercises.Therefore, it is essential the teachers knowledge regarding the classification of toysand games, as each one allows the development of different skills.


Este estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar y clasificar los recursos pedagógicos más utilizados por los profesores de la educación de la primera infancia en unaciudad en el estado de São Paulo. El instrumento utilizado para la recolección dedatos fue un cuestionario aplicado a 145 profesores que imparten clases en Educación Infantil en una ciudad en el estado de São Paulo. Los resultados mostraron que los maestros de preescolar utilizan con más frecuencia en las aulasel acoplamiento de juegos en la escuela, ejercicios de juegos. Por lo tanto, esimprescindible conocer a los maestros con respecto a la clasificación de los juguetes y los juegos, ya que cada uno permite el desarrollo de diferentes habilidades.

ABSTRACT

Se describe el resultado del proyecto Pediatic luego de año y medio de ejecución cuyo objetivo era contribuir al desarrollo de competencias en Tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) a través de la elaboración de recursos digitales sobre enfermedades pediátricas. En él participaron los estudiantes de 4to semestre de medicina que cursaron la asignatura Telemática II en la Universidad de La Sabana durante el 2008 y 2009. Dentro de sus principales resultados está el desarrollo de competencias en TIC en más del 85 por ciento de los estudiantes y la elaboración de más de 50 recursos educativos digitales sobre enfermedades pediátricas.


The results of the Pediatic project one and a half year after being implemented were described. The objective of the project was to support the development of competencies in ICT by means of the creation of digital resources aimed at pediatric diseases. The students in the fourth semester of the medical studies, who had Telematic II subject in their curricula in Universidad de La Sabana during 2008 and 2009, participated. Some of the main results were the development of competencies in ICT management in 85 percent of students along with the creation of over 50 digital educational resources about pediatric diseases.

Con la aparición y masificación del uso de Internet surgieron los Recursos Educativos Abiertos (REA) como una forma ventajosa de utilizar las tecnologías de la información las comunicaciones en función de la docencia. En este escenario y como consecuencia del desarrollo social, surge el movimiento de recursos educativos abiertos. En este trabajo se exponen las principales características de los REA y la protección del derecho de autor con las licencias Creative Commons en los materiales creados para la docencia. Asimismo se argumentan las implicaciones que tiene para los docentes el uso de los diferentes términos de las licencias.


With the appearance and mass use of the Internet arised the Open Educational Recourses (OER) as an advantageous way of use of information and communications technologies depending the teaching. In present setting and as a consequence of the social development, raise the OERs. The aim of this paper is to expose the major features of the OERs and the copyrights protection with the Creative Commons permissions in the materials created for teaching. As well, the use of the different permissions terms and the implications for professors are alleged.
