ABSTRACT
Este texto tem por objetivo apresentar, na trajetória histórica brasileira, desde a Constituição Federal de 1988, os processos e o asseguramento dos direitos da população em situação de rua, sob a perspectiva da política pública de Assistência Social. A partir do arcabouço legal, aponta a restrição de acesso e a necessidade de estrutura para o atendimento das demandas dessa popula-ção. É na resistência e nas diferentes formas de manifestação desta população, que se tem a contribuição para o processo de garantia dos direitos sociais. No entanto, além de problematizar desafios, destaca também as conquistas junto à política de Assistência Social.
This text aims to present, in Brazilian historical trajectory, since the Federal Constitution of 1988, the processes and the assurance of the rights of the homeless population, from the perspective of the public policy of Social Assistance. Based on the legal framework, it points to a restriction of access and the need for a structure to meet the demands of this population. It is in the resistance and in the different forms of manifestation of this population that the contribution to the process of guaranteeing social rights is made. However, in addition to problematizing challenges, it also highlights the achievements with the Social Assistance policy.

Objective To discuss the practice effect about the waiting area in the hospital building of the daping hosptial ,the third military medical university to be reformed into digital subtraction angiography (DSA) composite operating room .Methods We reasonably choiced the form of purify conditioning ,medical C arm ,smallpox air supply ,and the efficient screening device layout at the end of smallpox air supply .Results The main parameters of the measured results met the national standards of indexes .The fan frequency was 48 Hz running at hundred grade ,and its operation energy consumption was about 25 kw/h ;the fan frequency was 35 Hz running at ten thousand grade ,and its operation energy consumption was about 12 kw/h;the conversion time was very short between hundred grade and ten thousand grade running ,about 10 minutes .Conclusion On the condition that the building environ-ment is not fit to install hanging medical C arm ,we can thorough choose floor type C arm ,adopt “leakage resistance type clean air supply smallpox” ,reasonably modify the form of purify air conditioning to design or modify a hundred grade operating room meet-ing requirement .
ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the effect of enteral nutrition applied to bowel preparation of diabetes patients before electronic colonoscopy. Methods A total of 172 diabetes patients were randomly allocated to the experimental group and the control group with 86 patients in each group. The experimental groups executed no dietary restriction within 3 days before the examination, and received Ensure 1h before colonoscopy. However,the control group was given low residue diet within 3 days before the examination, and received no Ensure before colonoscopy. The enteral cleanness and incidence of hypoglycemic reaction, abdominal pain and horror was compared between the two groups. Results 72 cases(83.72%) of the experimental group and 70 cases (81.40%) of the control group had better enteral cleanness, and there was no statistical difference in intestinal cleanness between the two groups. In the experimental group the incidence of hypoglycemic reaction, abdominal pain, horror was significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusions Bowel preparation with unrestricted diet and ingested ensure before colonoscopy can not only ensure intestinal cleanness but also enhance endurance of colonoscopy.

OBJECTIVE:To ensure patients'rights of knowing the fact of medication.METHODS:The characteristics of medical care and the chief problems existed at present were analyzed.The significance and the necessity of ensuring patients'rights of knowing the fact in medication in hospital were discussed and some specific measures were proposed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Ensuring patients'rights of knowing the fact in medication embodies hospital's demand for"taking people as top priority",building a harmonious society,upgrading hospital's image and promoting rational drug use,which deserves great attention from the relevant hygiene authorities and hospital leaders.
