General evaluation of prevention and health care services of community health centers in Shandong province / 中华医院管理杂志

Objective To comprehensively evaluate prevention and health care services of community health centers in Shandong province since the ongoing health reform and provide policy basis for development of community health services.Methods To study with rank sum ratio method and important quadrant models.Results Seventy-eight percent of community health centers were appraised as“average”.Overall satisfaction of residents for preventive and health services was 2.66 points.Preventive and health services of community health centers are expected to improve.Conclusion Overall prevention and health services of CHS centers were found less than satisfactory.Prevention and health services of CHS centers in regions a and B were poor,which deserves attention of the government health authorities.The government is expected to take actions to promote development of CHS centers for prevention and health care service.

Design of a general evaluation scheme to measure hospital patients’satisfaction / 中华医院管理杂志

Patient satisfaction is an important index of hospital quality evaluation and performance evaluation.This study established multi-attribute patient satisfaction index system based on the theory of customer satisfaction index,determined the index weight by combination weighting approach,and graded the hospitals and adjusted the weights by the RSR method.A set of comprehensive evaluation scheme is initially formed,which is suitable for patient satisfaction evaluation and performance evaluation.

Orthogonal design for optimizing the semi-bionic extraction of Simiao Yongan Decoction / 中成药

AIM: To investigate the method for using semi-bionic extraction (SBE) on Simiao Yongan Decoction as an example. METHODS: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions of SBE with the evaluation markers such as chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, glycyrrhizic acid, total polysaccharide, ethanol soluble extractives and dried extract. RESULTS: The optimized SBE conditions were as follows: The medical material was powdered through a sieve with 4 meshes) and extracted with 20% ethanol for three times, the pH of the three extractions were in proper order 3.50, 7.50, 8.50 ; the solvent volume was 10,8,8 times, respectively, and the extraction time was 1.5,1.0,1.0 h, respectively. CONCLUSION: The optimum extraction conditions are stable and practicable, and surpass the original SBE extraction conditions.
