This paper reports the sensitizing effect of Hematoporphyrin Derivative (HPD) to Radiotherapy (RT) and long survival rates of 28 patients were treated by HPD 5mg/kg iv+D T31Gy/10f/12d+Surgery with squamous cell carcinoma in head and neck.
