Medicine is the subject of studying human and its inherent humanistic attribute endows medicine with the temperature it deserves. However, with the continuous improvement of medical testing technology and treatment technology, medical workers pay more attention to diseases and ignore humanistic care, which has become an important factor in the aggravation of patients’ burden and the tension relationship between doctors and patients. There are many virtues in Chinese traditional culture. Sun Simiao’s medical ethics thought of "great doctor with professionalism and sincerity" embodies the core value of the humanistic spirit of Chinese traditional medicine. In his medical ethics thought, the moral and ethics of "great doctor with professionalism and sincerity", the medical practice attitude of "being cautious and diligent", the values of "benevolence for the world" and the professional conduct of "honesty and truth" still have strong practical significance at present. It is the good material to cultivate the humanistic spirit of medical students. This is of great value to integrate Sun Simiao’s medical ethics thought into cultivate medical students with both "professionalism" and "sincerity", practice the original intention of medical and health undertakings, and carry forward cultural self-confidence.

China’s anti-epidemic actions has always adhered to the value of people first and life first, which has profoundly affected the perception of medical humanism by the whole society, especially medical workers. The epidemic prevention and control has put forward new requirements for medical personnel to practice medical humanism, reflecting the unique connotation of the times. In the context of normalized epidemic prevention and control, it is timely to reshape the humanistic spirit of medicine, which has extremely important value of the times. On the basis of explaining the connotation and significance of medical humanism, this paper analyzed the impact and influence of the epidemic on the medical humanism of medical personnel. Objective:To explore the application effect of medical humanity quality education teaching mode integrated with humanistic spirit in clinical teaching of gynecology.Methods:Taking 60 undergraduate interns in gynecology department of Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital as the experimental research objects, they were divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 students in each group. In clinical practice teaching, the experimental group adopted a teaching mode of integrating humanistic spirit, and the control group adopted a traditional teaching mode. The assessment results, teaching satisfaction and teaching effects were compared among the two groups of students. SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:The students in the experimental group had higher scores of gynecological theory examination [(98.90±0.85) points] and the practical examination [(98.80±0.81) points] than the students in the control group had [(93.43±2.22) points and (92.77±2.37) points] ( P < 0.01). The teaching satisfaction of students in the experimental group was 100.00% when they leaving the department, and the satisfaction of teaching in the control group was 83.3%. The satisfaction of teaching in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. After the internship, the experimental group was significantly superior than the control group in learning interest, problem-solving ability, self-learning ability, doctor-patient communication ability, and knowledge expansion ability ( P < 0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical teaching of gynecology, the implementation of personalized teaching and humanistic quality education mode has significantly improved the students' theoretical performance, practical performance and teaching satisfaction. The medical humanistic quality education model integrated with humanistic spirit plays an important role in clinical practice teaching.

Objective:To explore the application of Team-Based Learning (TBL) in the course of pharmaceutical medical ethics, thus to provide references for further improvement of teaching effect. Methods: In the course of teaching, the TBL teaching model was adopted, and the investigation and feedback was carried out at the end of the course. Results:The application of TBL teaching mode had certain advantages in pharmaceutical medical ethics, which not only arouse the enthusiasm of students' autonomous learning, and cultivate the ability of discovering, analyzing, solving problems and the spirit of teamwork, so as to cultivate the humanistic spirit of pharmacy, but also stimulate the teachers' enthusiasm for work.Conclusion: As a supplement and optimization of the existing teaching methods, the TBL teaching model is worth promoting, but some possible ways should be taken to remedy deficiencies, rationally grouping and motivate students' interests in learning.

Through the comparison of the research status of medical humanistic spirit cultivation at home and abroad , this paper found that the main challenges facing by the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit in China were as the following three aspects:the medical humanities curriculum was not reasonable;the medical students were not fully aware of medical humanistic spirit;people were laying emphasis on imparting knowledge, and neglecting the practice of medical humanities. According to the problems facing by the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit in China at the present stage, taking the strategic research of Healthy China as an opportunity, this paper analyzed the influence of Healthy China strategy on the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit, and put forward the path of the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit from the perspective of Healthy China.

The situational teaching of the course of introduction to medical humanities has some problems, such as low participation, poor communication, and lack of humanities thought. By reading text and creating text, narrative medicine can make students deeply participate in the scene, provide an intro-spective opportunity of being close to the patients, and make students better redefine the story of the other so as to be able to help patients to take a positive view of the disease. Therefore, by using the method of reading text and creating text of narrative medicine, this paper has studied the “4+3” situational teaching model reform of the course of “introduction to medical humanities”, analyzed the present situation and achievements and pointed out that the teaching should pay attention to the key elements, which is “to build a correct value view of medical humanistic, strengthen the emotional education of humanistic care, as well as culture humanistic knowledge and culture humanistic ability”, and it has also put forward some sugges-tions on improving the teaching level of“Introduction to medical humanities”in the future.

Objective:To investigate the impact of humanistic spirit cultivation on nursing students' ethics cog-nition. Method:Total 364 internship nursing students in 2010 were taken as the control group with the routine clini-cal teaching method, 381 in 2014 as the experimental group, not only a routine clinical teaching method but also to increase of their humanistic spirit culture. Results:Humanity spirit cultivation before and after practice nursing students in medical security system cognition difference is not significant, but in medical optimization, the patients right of informed consent, the life value differences of cognitive and ethical cognitive dimension score was statisti-cally significant ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions:Humanistic spirit culture promote the practice of nursing students to raise the level of moral cognition foundation for humanity quality education and nursing ethics education, should further strengthen the diversification of internship training nursing students humanistic spirit.

It is helpful to bridging the gap between technology and human nature, breaking the diaphragm between doctors and patients, and establishing doctor-patient emotional community. The narrative medicine can also be seen as humanistic medicine and let the medical hu-manistic spirit carry forward. An analysis of the core value of 38 tertiary hospitals in the country identified the humanistic spirit as the lifeline of their core value, comprising such factors as benevolence,professionalism and innovation. It also found that upholding of such a spirit is in line with medical model reform, with improvement of hospital management system, and with the upgrading of hospital staff's humanistic competence. Evidence-based medicine mirrors the natural and social properties of human being,harmoniously integrating scientific spirit and humanistic spirit. Discussions were made on such aspects as the relationship between human spirit and harmonious doctor-patient relationship. The humanistic spirit of evidence-based medicine, and the humanistic spirit of evidence-based medicine as used in building harmonious doctor-patient relationship. The authors point out the following: 1) Medical science itself is a wealth of humanistic sprits, and medicinal science can better serve human being with humanistic spirit;2) Evidence-based medicine is completely in line with medical humanities, which scientifically reveals the "People-oriented medicine" as the essential attribute of human sciences;3) Modem clinical medicine has unveiled the evidence-based era. Based on these findings, the authors hold that in such an era,exploration and understanding of the human spirit as the core of evidence-based medicine and focusing on the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit, will be conducive to building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
