ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND: Hypoxia is a common physiological and pathological stress response in various diseases, and exosomes are widely involved in the mechanism of hypoxia injury and its adaptive mechanism. The two are closely related, which is the current research hotspot. OBJECTIVE: To find a new target for the prevention and treatment of high altitude diseases and open up new ideas. METHODS: The PubMed and Medline databases from 2013 to 2020, and the CNKI and Wanfang databases from 2018 to 2019 were searched by computer. The key words were “serum exosomes, hypoxia, tumor, inflammation, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases” in Chinese and English. Finally, 57 articles were included in the review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Hypoxia is a potential environmental death factor by affecting cell cycle, morphology, metabolism, proliferation, differentiation, autophagy, apoptosis and so on. Hypoxia can regulate the release and change the content of exosomes, which is strongly associated with cell specificity, the duration of hypoxia exposure and the severity of hypoxia. In the environment of hypoxia, exosomes can transmit all kinds of biological information and play an important role in biology through specific binding with receptor cells. As a biomarker of disease diagnosis, exosomes have great potential.

OBJECTIVES@#To explore the effect of HIV prevention information transmission model in the prevention of high-risk sexual behavior among men who have sex with men (MSM).@*METHODS@#To establish the HIV "expert-key informant-MSM" preventive information transmission model and to intervene the MSM high-risk sexual behavior. Before and 3 months after the intervention, MSM was measured by general information questionnaire, AIDS knowledge and sexual behavior questionnaire, MSM Health Belief Scale for HIV Prevention, and Safe Sexual Self-efficacy Scale.@*RESULTS@#AIDS knowledge and sexual behavior scores in MSM after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention (=-13.047, <0.001); the scores of health belief before and after the intervention were significantly higher (=-3.272, =0.001); condom use in MSM after the intervention was more common than that before the intervention (<0.05), except for commercial sex.@*CONCLUSIONS@#The application of HIV prevention information transmission model can effectively improve AIDS-related knowledge, HIV prevention health beliefs, condom use rate of MSM population, and in turn promote the transformation of their high-risk sexual behavior.

OBJECTIVE: Through the public platform of WeChat, promote the practice of obstetrics and gynecology medication, research the spreading methods of information and put forward feasible proposal for the propaganda of rational medication. METHODS: Promote the rational drug use information of obstetrics and gynecology by established WeChat platform. Analyze our hospital by the condition of WeChat platform. RESULTS: Up to March 2017, the totality of users who followed our WeChat public platform reached to 1 113 and the totality of readership reached to 71 461. CONCLUSION: S Promote rational medication by WeChat platform. Adjust the content of the information to be promoted by data analysis. We can provide better service to the people in the information age with effective transmission.

This paper presents the general concepts regarding the terminal phase of a child's illness and the therapeutic approach undertaken at a third-level care institution. We discuss how this information is transmitted to parents and children along with the bioethical aspects and the medical, emotional and spiritual support required during this complex situation.

OBJECTIVE: To transfer drug information between online commerce system and hospital information system by Excel.METHODS: The workbook of drug code matching was set up.The drug code matching function was designed using Excel VBA programming and auto-screening function,etc.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Drug codes were matched automatically after drug purchase information of hospital information system was replicated into the workbook of drug code matching.The publication of purchase information and input of storage information can be completed once related files are imported into online commerce system and hospital information system.Work efficiency is improved greatly.

The objective of this article was to explore new channels of information transmission in public health emergencies.According to the requestments of information transmission in public health emergencies,the current situation and problems were analysed.To solve the problems,the authors put forward a number of constructive measures,and came to the conclusion that to strengthen the construction of the channels of information transmission is one of the fundamental ways of improving the efficiency of correct handling of public health emergencies.

Objective To observe the relationships among the direct projection neurons from the lumbar spinal cord to the lateral parabrachial nucleus(LPB),calbindin D-28K(CB)-like immunoreactive (-LI) neurons,peripheral noxious information transmission as well as substance P receptor(SPR)-LI neurons. Methods Triple-labeled techniques were used by tetramethyl rhodamine(TMR) retrograde tracing combined with immunofluorescence histochemistry for CB-,SPR- or Fos protein.The stained sections were observed under a confocal laser-scanning microscope. Results 1.After injecting TMR to the unilateral LPB,a number of TMR retrogradely labeled neurons were mainly distributed in the lamina Ⅰ,lateral spinal nucleus(LSN),and regions around the central canal of the spinal cord(lamina X) of the ipsilateral spinal cord;2.CB-LI neurons were mainly found in the laminae Ⅰ and Ⅱ of the lumbar spinal cord,especially in the lamina Ⅱ in the dense distribution; 3.SPR-LI neurons were also mainly seen in the lamina Ⅰ,LSN and lamina X of the spinal cord.A few of the SPR-LI neurons were also distributed in the lamina Ⅱ;4.Fos-positive neurons were detected in the laminae Ⅰ and Ⅱ,lateral aspect of the lamina Ⅴ to Ⅶ of the lumbar spinal cord by injecting 5% formalin into the ipsilateral hindpaw;5.Triple-labeled neurons for TMR/CB/SPR or TMR/CB/Fos were mainly found in lamina Ⅰ,while a few of the triple-labeled neurons were also found in lamina Ⅱ of the dorsal horn.TMR/CB/SPR triple-labeled neurons accounted for 103%,98% and 146% of total population of TMR-,CB- or SPR-LI neurons in laminae Ⅰ and Ⅱ,respectively.On the other hand,TMR/CB/Fos triple-labeled neurons formed 118%,106% and 158% of the total population of TMR-,CB-LI or Fos-positive neurons in the laminae Ⅰ and Ⅱ,respectively.Conclusion\ The results indicated that in the laminae Ⅰ and Ⅱ of the lumbar spinal cord some neurons with CB-Like immunoreactivity transmitting the peripheral noxious information and projecting directly to the LPB might receive SPergic primary afferents.
