ABSTRACT
Colleges are important places which cultivate high-tech talent and implement tech-nological innovation. In the management mechanism, the experimental teaching center, a secondary teaching unit of Chongqing Medical University, can integrates teaching resources effectively. Accord-ing to experimental teaching program , the hierarchical experimental teaching curriculum reform has been carried out. By performing open and innovative experiment of medical practice, standardizing the practice process of innovative experiment project, improving the activity of students to participate in the project, we try to explore the new way of medical talent cultivation.
ABSTRACT
Thought and consciousness of experimental design were carried in the experimental teaching and the classical physiological experiments were merged. Innovational design and practice were penetrated through the whole experimental class. After consulting literature, designing experi-ments, observing the phenomenon, dealing with the data and summurizing the results, the designers experienced the basic research procedure, got the innovate results, gained the chance to further study and improved the innovative capability.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate medical college students'attitude and cognition about innovativeness,and then to explore the possible factors that affect students'capability of innovation.Methods To design questionnaire to survey medical students in random sampling method.Results Medical students have more cognition towards education reform,and the method,structure and the cultural environment of talent training system play significant role in innovative talents training project.Conclusion It is needed to construct national medical model college according to the minority regions and the national characteristics for cultivating innovative talents correspondingly.
