ABSTRACT
Based on the basic situation of scientific research team cooperation between medical colleges and universities in Sichuan Province, this paper analyzes the shortcomings and weaknesses of scientific research team cooperation between the two sides at the present stage, and focuses on discussing the mechanism of scientific research innovation integration between colleges and universities from three aspects: the significance of scientific research innovation team integration between colleges and universities, how to build scientific research teams through team integration, and the construction of scientific research team system. It's expected to change the scientific research team formed in the past "free mode", build an evaluation index system for innovation and integration of scientific research teams, organize large teams with clear research directions, give full play to the advantages of medical colleges and affiliated hospitals, and meet the development needs of both sides.
ABSTRACT
Service integration has been regard as the best evolutionary strategy to rectify the fragmentation of corrective services in the medical system. However, there is no whole idea about the construction of a practical integrated medical service system. Based on integrated medical service system objective,this paper puts forward an integrated medical service system construction framework which embodies the elements and mechanism to be adopted in combination with the theoretical service integration basics. Under the "seamless service" mission of patient-centered service provision and improvement of the coordination and continuity of service system,the overall function of the service system is implemented focusing on meeting patients' basic needs through the system elements optimization and the coupling ofits mechanism. Considering the real integrated medical service system case, this paper builds a complete,refined and dynamic continuum of service from theoretical,process-oriented and practical way forwardso as to-provide a new management mode for reshaping the medical system.
ABSTRACT
The factors influencing the integration of MOOC and information literacy education in academic libraries were divided into objective factor, subjective factor and social factor according to their connotation and significance. Certain measures for their integration were proposed, such as strengthening network construction, perfecting literacy education systems, and carrying out systemic training.Integration of MOOC and information literacy education in academic libraries can improve information service, promote wide application of MOOC and information literacy ed-ucation in academic libraries.
