ABSTRACT
Since the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(NCP), hospitals have taken the fight against the virus as its own responsibility, and keep standing in the front line of epidemic prevention and control. The continuous input of anti-epidemic forces in hospitals also brings challenges to the medical supplies support, including the management of protective supplies and the maintenance of medical equipment. In the face of increasing security pressure, the medical materials support team broke the game on multiple fronts. Firstly, the team implements active material procurement strategy, sets material distribution priority according to risk level, releases materials uniformly based on stock and use, and implements traceability management of donated materials to ensure material supply. Secondly, centralized allocation management of equipment, emergency installation, advanced maintenance and emergency maintenance work is effectively completed. Thirdly, disinfection strategies for items and equipment are developed safely and effectively with the aid of disinfection equipment functions. At last, personnel management and training have been strengthened. These measures have provided strong support for the orderly prevention and control of the epidemic.

Objective:To discuss the use and management of medical material in hospital in order to resolve the key problem during medical material was used in department of device management.Methods: Using the modern logistics management idea to overall upgrade the original system. And to reconstruct the hospital integrated operations management platform included all aspects, such as design ideas, technical architecture, software function and so on, from whole management requirement point.Results: This platform could provide the improvement solution of traceability management for medical material in hospital, and increase the efficiency and transparency of management, and improve the whole management level in hospital.Conclusion: The introduced integrated operations management platform has standardized high-value materials management, met the fine management and cost requirements, and greatly improved the management level of medical materials.

Objective:To explore the normative procedures for the hospital in introducing the new- into the hospital.Methods: To fill in the application form about the introduction of new-type medical materials into the hospital and to demonstrate them according to the procedures. The evaluation of management effect in normalizing the introduction procedures.Results: Standardize the introduction of new- type medical material flow, a long-term mechanism to establish open and transparent management, perfect the procurement model of hospital. Objective: In the purchasing process of medical material, it is important that the proper design of each part concerned as well as the optimization and allocation of suitable resources for the model be solved. Methods:Based on the structure and formal definition and process modeling of Petri net, the modeling is established for the mapping from the route mode of workflow to Petri net. Results:Moreover, a rationality validation algorithm for the workflow and a workflow optimization algorithm are proposed. Conclusion: The results indicate that this method is brief and direct in modeling and analyzing of workflow, which will also provide theoretical support for the development of a purchasing software system.

Medicinal animals are important part of Traditional Chinese medicine resources in China. Cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) was selected as the standard DNA barcoding sequence for animal medical materials. In this study, the 51 animal species from 45 animal medical materials in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia were selected and the intra-specific variation and the inter-specific divergence, the barcoding gap, the identification efficiency of their COI sequences were analyzed. The results showed that the inter-specific divergence is higher than intra-specific distance. The barcoding gap existed between inter-specific sequence divergence and intra-specific dis-tance. The identification efficiencies were 100% both at the genus and species level except the Arthropoda. The cluster dendrogram exhibited that different species distinguished from others. Therefore, COI sequence as a bar-code is suitable to identify the species of animal medical materials in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Objective: With the increasing amount of medical materials used in the hospital,they are becoming one of the major sources of medical risks.How to control this risk has become a common concern in the medical world.The authors investigated how to enhance the safety and validity of medical materials.Methods: We established a total quality control system for medical materials to keep them under strict quality control at all stages,and a monitoring and reporting system as well to prevent undesirable consumption of medical materials.Results: The quality of medical materials was insured,and medical material-related accidents were prevented.Conclusion: The quality control system greatly improved the application safety of medical materials in the hospital.
