ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the curative effect of condyloma acuminatum patients treated with differences of bacilli phlei injection after fulfufized and the effect of immunity function. Methods We compared curative effect and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subpopulation in the treatment group( 55 cases, 8 weeks, prior and posttreatment with differences of bacilli phlei only) and the control group (50 cases, 8 weeks, prior and post-treatment with recombinant human interferon α-2b only). Results Compared with the control group (24.0 %/41.7 % ), the treatment group(47.3 %/11.5 % ) had advantage in the terms of cure rate and relapse rate( P<0.05 ). CD+3, CD+4 ,CD4+/CD+8 increased and CD+8 decreased in two groups after treatment. CD+3 , CD+4, CD+4/CDs+ were significantly increased in treatment group compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05), but CD+8 had no obvious difference in two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Differences of bacilli phlei injection can prevent relapse of condyloma acuminatum and increase immunity function of patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the effects of Mycobacterium Phlei on functional states of Th_1/Th_2 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and clinical effects on the prevention of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(AECOPD).Method:60 patients with COPD of gradeⅡwere randomly divided into a treatment group and controlled group. The controlled group were given a routine therapy, while the treatment group were given utilins in addition to the routine treatment. The contents of?-interferon(IFN-?) and interleukin-4(IL-4) in their peripheral blood and their clinical efficacy were observed before and after the treatment.Result:Before and after the treatment, IFN-?/IL-4 ratio in the treatment group was 1.39?0.20 and 1.94?0.31 respectively(P

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combination treatment of montelukast sodium (singulair TM ) plus mycobacterium phlei F.U.36 (wtilin"s") on young children with asthma. Methods 96 young children with asthma were randomly assigned into GroupⅠ:montelukast sodium (orally 2 5mg,q.n) plus mycobacterium phlei F.U.36 intramuscular injection for a total of 6 ampules,Group Ⅱ only montelukast sodium orally 2 5mg nightly and placebo Group.Participants were followed up for 12 weeks.Resuts Combined treatment of montelukast sodium and mycobacterium phlei F.U.36 was more effective to improve asthma in young children than the treatment with only monstelukast sodium. Conclusion The combination therapy of monkelukast and mycobacterium phlei F.U.36 is a highly effective method for preventing asthma attacks or controlling asthma.

ABSTRACT

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy, safety and effects on changes of T lymphocyte subsets of mycobacterium phlei and cisplatin in treatment of patients with malignant pleural effusion (MPE). METHODS: 62 patients of MPE were randomly assigned to two groups. The test group was treated once a week lasting for 1-3 weeks with NS 20 ml + mycobacterium phlei 8.6 ?g + cisplatin 40 mg, while the control one with NS 20 ml + cisplatin 40 mg only. The efficacy and changes of T lymphocyte subsets before and after therapy were analyzed separately. RESULTS: The overall response rate in the test group was 87.5 %, which meant significantly higher than that in the control group (P
